Marlene in Lake Grove was so very helpful, pleasant and informative of the sectional sofa I was interested in purchasing. She answered all my questions to my satisfaction, therefore I purchased the sectional and am very pleased with my experience

I bought an Aireloom mattress, my salesperson was very knowledgeable about the mattress she showed us. I will shop at Raymour and Flanigan again!

Bill was absolutely fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable in all the products we were looking to purchase. He was also very pleasant and worked within our budget!

We are furnishing a new townhouse and just a ant to compliment Gina Marchianno for spending so much time helping us coordinate many rooms. Her advice and suggestions were very helpful.

This is the second time that we have dealt with Kevin McCormack. Years ago we bought two love seats from him and his service and expertise were fantastic.

So, having him help us again with the sale of our new Purple mattress gave my wife and I comfort knowing that we (again) were being treated by a truly great and honest salesperson!!!

The first time I walked in the store I didn’t like that experience a lady Gloria walking up on me telling me that she hast to show me around the store I’m not a baby I don’t need to be held by my hand I’m not taking anything I cannot carry a bed living room furniture dresser out of the door without being seen that’s impossible so it made me feel uncomfortable because there was another couple behind me that wasn’t escorted around the store when I returned the next day I had a better experience with the lady Zadia from the store in Lake Grove New York she was very nice she did come with me I told her what I want She help me look for it I found it she explained the Quality of the bed i did the applications and whatever I she was very intelligent she knew her job she was very well spoken I like that experience was great

Great service, delivery was on time as promised.

Jason Glass met us at the front. Knowledgeable and courteous. Was not over bearing nor did he follow us around like other sales folks which would have had us going for the parking lot. So kudos to Jason. We made inquiries and returned a week later with more questions. He was very informative and answered all our questions so we bought a sofa and loveseat.

Larry and the staff at Raymour are very attentive, friendly, and very accommodating!!!

Our Sales person Rasel Chowdhury was very professional and informative helping us with our repurchase of a replacement recliner. Highly recommend his services to your customers.

The ordering process, visit to the store and delivery was all good, the 3 stars are because some of the drawers in the dresser and chest came assembled wrong and in had to go through the process of calling my sales rep and RF to get them replaced, I was excited that I got my delivery fast and organized everything in to start enjoying my set but now I have to get all my clothes out again to get the replacement, They are giving me a new dresser and chest in a quick matter of time but I wouldn’t want to go through this process, I was expecting to have a perfect condition set after paying almost $5k, I love this store but issues like this make me think twice If I want to go back to purchase again. I wanted to have a hassle free order.

Marleen was professional, very helpful and pleasant. We appreciate her knowledge of the items on the floor. We are please with what we purchased.
