Raymond & Flanigan has to be the worst…
Raymond & Flanigan has to be the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Unprofessional associates answering their phones, lack of response and communication, not to mention lies of calling when they never did. Went to put a review on a recent service I had and the link will not allow me to put 1 star. Will most definitely be escalating the issues. Was told a manager will be contacting me within 24/48 hours and can’t wait to see

Ian was a fantastic!
Ian was a fantastic salesman. He asked us what were looking for and guided us on where to look in the showroom. He gave us the elbow room we wanted and then circled back to see if there was anything he could help us with. We had a specific need for a 98” sofa and he knew exactly which sectionals could be configured to our needs and made our visit so much easier and more productive. We cannot say enough about how great he was. We left with a couple options, went home and thought about it. He followed up with us the next day as promised. He was genuine and not pushy. He was a wealth of knowledge and answered each and every question easily. We are excited about our new purchase and will reach out to him directly if we need to make another purchase. Your company is lucky to have him.

I did not like the restrictiveness of…
I did not like the restrictiveness of your policies concerning the purchase of a bed…not disabling existing bed, no return of bed even at time of installation ( bed could be too large for area, etc ). Also charging a delivery fee for a delivery within 10 miles of a Raymour Flanagan store. To me, that is bad customer service.
