I love dealing with Josephine. She is a terrific person. The quality of your furniture is great and your delivery turnaround times are quick. Most of the furniture I have bought has come from Raymour & Flanigan. I have never been disappointed

This store has a huge selection of quality furniture, but what made it easy to navigate and select was having a caring, helpful salesperson, Wanda Diaz. She listened to our wants and needs and gave us suggestions with patience and no pressure. When I decided the next day to add a chair that we had seen, she went out of her way to include it in the same delivery with our initial purchases. All in all, a pleasant and productive experience!

Had many choices to pick from. My salesperson was close when I had a question but gave us space to make a decision. We got quality, service and price.

Upon entering the store we were cordially greeted by Alison Rodriguez. Alison asked us if she could assist us with what we were looking for.

Alison showed us dining room tables and helped us narrow down the choices until we found exactly what we needed. We revisited the store two days later and requested Alison right away. We revisited the table that we chose and then asked to see some mattresses. Alison again was extremely knowledgeable and helped us narrow down our selection to the perfect mattress. Alison was also able to get us the best possible price for all the items. My wife and I couldn’t say no to the deal she was able to provide us.

In short, Alison was for us, an excellent salesperson. We never felt pushed into a decision. She is a very knowledgeable and personable person. We will highly recommend her to family and friends. Thank you Alison!

Sande was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and honest! He listened to our concerns and answered with sincere interest! DI was very impressed with his salesmanship!!! I will look for him next time we need furniture!!! Thank you, Sande!!

Sande was polite, professional, and was able to find us the perfect mattress and boxspring. Would recommend him to friends and family.

From the moment I walked in..told him what I needed...along with my budget. He guided me through the process..he made it very easy.

I am very unhappy with the furniture protection plan you have. I put in a claim - someone came out to assess the problem and I was just informed today that they will not honor it because there is pet damage. There is no pet damage on the sectional sofa that I have the issue with. I have issues with all the cushions and the way they have held up on the Artemis sectional and ottoman which I purchased 3 years ago. I am extremely disappointed that Raymour will not honor my protection plan. I will never shop at Raymour again. If this is the protection plan that you offer, it is horrible. I was planning on purchasing more furniture i.e. bedroom, but now I will not. I just needed to vent and tell you how I feel. Cranford NJ

I went to your store last Wednesday night. Sande a salesman approached. I mentioned to him that I wanted a sectional with a soft feel. He showed me different pieces. I also informed him that I might be interested in leather. He then started to tell me the difference between leather and clothe as if I did not know. How condescending! He then took me downstairs and showed me other pieces. I was not interested. As we were going up the escalator, I noticed a full leather sectional. I mentioned this to Sande. He stated that the piece was too expensive. You blatant RACIST JERK! How can this fool measure my current financial status? Not only will I never shop at Raymour & Flanigan, I will definitely use the various social media platforms to inform as many consumers as possible. Lastly, I informed a lady at the front desk who claimed to be a manager. I felt as though she had no interest. As an African American, with master degrees, and former US Army officer, it is impossible to measure a person's worth, unless you truly believe skin color reveals a human's real character. Sande epitomizes the true hate and discrimination of some people in this country. I will be writing the CEO/President, Neil Goldberg of this horrific incident.

The staff that attended to me I think is name is Geo if I'm right, he was very nice and friendly and he has demonstrated very good customer service which started from the entrance of the store when he opened and hold the door for us. He was also very patient and honest when showing us around.

Mayte Sosa was an amazing rep to work with .. Polite and very knowledgeable.

Beatrice was very welcoming and accommodating. Excellent customer service! And was pleased with the photo online that it matched the actual description in the store.
