Frank at the Raymour & Flanigan Outlet…
Frank at the Raymour & Flanigan Outlet in Yonkers was outstanding! He was kind, attentive, and informative, which made the entire experience so positive. I really dislike pushy salespeople, but Frank was the opposite: personable, genuine, and exactly what a salesperson should be. He even took the time to connect with our son, who is on the autism spectrum, which meant a lot to us. We only came in to look for dressers, and thanks to Frank’s approach, we happily left with a whole new bedroom set. Truly a stellar guy!

Great quality, great service
Many options to choose from. The furniture is great quality at a reasonable price. The service is always friendly and helpful. Raul, our salesperson, was knowledgeable and not pushy.

Frank Cosme was our consultant and he was amazing. I was nervous about shopping for new furniture and he was kind and helpful and made me feel good about my selections.
My brother had used Frank before and had highly recommended him and I can't agree more. Frank is top notch and you are lucky to have him as an employee. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!!

Who Cares??
My wife and I placed an order recently for a bedroom set. Order # 03035YULHQZ
We are/were loyal customers!
The bed frame is coming apart and we contacted the sales person Ronald Medina and he put customer care specialist Cassandra Francis on the line. I sent them both pictures and they said someone will contact us within 2 days.. which is too long.
4 days later and another email .. still no contact from Raymour & Flanigan.
We are displeased to have defective furniture and nobody thinks time is of the essence.
It better not collapse while we continue to sleep on it.
Does anyone care about great customer experience over there?

lack of customer service
I'm still at a lack for words on how such a large company cannot provide me with proof that my purchase was voided. They literally made me jump through hurdles including filing a complaint with their customer service number since apparently there's no corporate number or least that's what I was told, and subsequently disputing the charge with my credit card company. So here I wait for my refund. But it's all good because I will make sure each and every review platform I come across will receive my 2 cents. Stay far away from this establishment.
PS: If any store manager is reading this; you should have just provided me with my voided receipt which customer service confirmed you could have done.
