Salespeople not pushy-great prices
I'm not a fan of salespeople. We walked into R&F and I thought here we go. A salesperson came up to us, I said we were just looking. Then we were trying to decide on two couches and the sales Manager helped us. He wasn't pushy. We ended up leaving undecided. I could have ordered it online when my mom decided which one she wanted, but I called (Ronald Medina) to place the order over the phone. The phone system was the worst experience. I tried calling several times, it went right to the greeting and I was left on hold. After several attempts I decided to call the following day. Same thing happened the first time. Then I called back, someone put me on hold right away, after a few minutes they answered. I wanted Ronald to know that we were ordering it because he wasn't pushy, and he was very helpful. The prices are really good at this location. Highly recommend it!
Delivery experience. Raul and his partner were polite, respectful and professional. Every company needs people like them. I will be a continuous customer. Thank you again

The website is easy to navigate, and I found what I needed, in my price range, very quickly. And I can't believe my new chair will be here in just a few days.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. They have the worst customer service when it comes to return. I will Never buy from Raymour and Flanigan again. Overly priced items and furniture. They act nice just to steal your money and they don't cooperate if you are not satisfied after receiving the item!!!

Great experience
The salesman, Carl was awesome. He was not pushy and he was very helpful. One of the friendliest people I've ever met. I wish all my customer service dealings were with someone like Carl!!! GREAT experience at the Yonkers Outlet. I'll definitely go back again for my next purchase.
