We bought our engagement ring here today. It was an amazing and emotional experience. Thank you to all at Rebcca's.

It took me a while to choose where I wanted to purchase my item and we finally settled on Rebecca's because they had a good range at keen prices. We were served by Rob the Manager, who could not have been more pleasant to deal with and who spent over 30 mins helping me to select the right piece to make sure I was happy with what was a substantial purchase. Rob's knowledge of the various pieces was excellent and he even gave us a reduction on what was a good price to begin with. Their after sales service has been excellent too with a valuation certificate arriving a day later in the post. I would recommend Rebecca's to anyone thinking of buying jewellery in Southport.

Excellent service upon asking for a quotation for my ring purchased approx 6 years ago, I still love the ring as I did the first time I saw it, although I have had issues with diamonds falling out on 2 separate occasions, the ring has been checked as having no damage therefore cannot understand why the stones fell out and have had to pay on 2 occasions for the ring to be fixed

Rebecca's staff are amazing -- they have great knowledge, are very helpful, and their selection is very, very good. Worth a visit when you are in Southport.

I would highly recommend Rebecca's to anyone who is looking for a quality diamond ring. I have used them for 12 years now, firstly my engagemnt ring. Rob and the team made our wedding rings to our design and had them engraved for us. Next came my eterninty ring - this was and still is a fab ring. We have just upgraded my original engagement ring to a bigger design and diamond- all i can say is OMG its amazing :) I'm trying to grow bigger fingers so i can upgrade again!

Just been to visit one of my favourite shops Rebecca's Jewelers Southport.
I wanted to upgrade my diamond ring, the choice they had was wonderfull, I tried lots of rings on until I found the right one, I'm thrilled to bits with it and can't stop looking at it, Rob was very patient and helpfull, iv no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends, we have also bought 2 Rolex watches which we love, whenever I say to my husband should we go to southport for a ride, I see ££££ signs in his eyes.

I telephoned Rebecca's watches looking for a watch for my daughters birthday, spoke with Rob. What a helpful guy. Not only did he source the watch I wanted he also changed the dial colour to my specification free of charge and posted free also. When the watch arrived presented in its Rolex box I was over the moon, the watch could have been brand new yesterday. These guys really know what they are doing with Rolex's. Thanks again Rob I will definatly be back.

Very welcoming, no pressure, no hassle. Always let us feel like we were in control when choosing the ring and we actually felt comfortable the whole duration of the purchase. Did not pressure or give us ultimatums, just cut to the chase with best possible price try could offer and changed the shank free of charge on the same day. Very impressed with the service

Rebecca's is not only has the best prices in Southport , but also has the best service. It's a family business that's been going for years and simply provides good old traditional, friendly, polite service. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I went in the jewellers yesterday after been mistreated at other shops in town made to feel we had no money to spend our budget was £40 for a silver bracelet 1 shop in said we wouldn't even by a clasp for that and suggested we went to Claire's accessories we went to Rebecca's and the staff didn't pounce on us as previous shops and he gave us a good price for a item my son really wanted to buy which was out of his price range after spending 3 hours in town and my son felt disheartened he was not going to get the present he wanted for his girlfriend birthday
The guy that served us made us feel like we were spending thousands and he was over the moon with the service so would not hesitate to go back there again as they were genuine no sales tactics staff 5 star rating in my opinion

Been going to Rebecca's for a good few years would not go any were else. Exceptional customer service, happy to go the extra mile to get you exactly what you want. 100% happy every time ha hopefully get a better dizzy next time because I am such a loyal customer ;)

Found just what I was looking for, and got a good deal! Lady who served us nothing was to much trouble for her. We looked in all the other jewellers in Southport and this was the best by far! So happy with my gorgeous engagement ring. Will definitely be going back for our wedding rings. :)
