Rebecca's was a pleasure to deal with when buying a second hand Rolex for my daughter. The watch arrived and looked like it had never been worn. We had been recommended to look at Rebecca's website by a previous customer of theirs and we were so pleased we did.

The watch was sent the same day and arrived the next. Looks better than in the photo. You can not tell if it's second hand. Looks new. Was recommended by close friend who had bought one for the wife a few tears ago. A legit company and totally safe.

I am sure the daughter will be pleased with her birthday gift.

I was looking for a watch as a preasent and found Rebeccas Jewellers on line. I found the watch that I wanted and negotiated a price, the rest was easy. The watch arrived on time as promised. All went well and I was very happy with result.

I had very serious reservations regarding the potential purchase of something as valuable as a Rolex watch, over the internet. However, my doubts were totally unfounded, and this unusual shopping experience has been absolutely successful. The initial telephone advice and assistance I received was courteous and very understanding of my hesitation. The watch was swiftly despatched in excellent packaging, and my follow up telephone calls have been dealt with by members of staff all showing great patience.The watch I chose to buy is in immaculate condition, and I can't wait to give it to my daughter for her 30th birthday in a few weeks time. wanted to thank you for the excellent communication/service I received when purchasing online. My husband and I had numerous email exchanges and telephone calls before we decided to make the purchase of a gold ladies Rolex watch. The item was even better than described and fears we had about distance purchasing were dispelled immediately after we had our local approved Rolex jeweller confirm it’s authenticity. They said it was in excellent condition and the price I paid offered good value for money. I have no reservations about recommending this online jeweller.

Ordered used Rolex watch over internet,wife gave me alot of stick for ordering such an expensive item over net, however her fears were not relised as received watch very promptly having selected next day delivery and in very good condition with original certificate and box.I consider it good value for money.

I recently bought a gents bimetal Rolex Datejust from Rebecca's. The negotiation of the purchase and delivery was fine, but I was disappointed with the watch as it was gaining 25 seconds in 24 hours - well outside the parameters for a certified chronograph. I am amazed that this was not picked up by Rebecca's before the watch was dispatched. In fairness, they agreed to have it back for service and adjustment; understandably I wasn't best pleased at having to part with my new watch so soon after receiving it. I was initially told that it should be back with me within one to two weeks. So I sent it back and two weeks came and went. I made several calls to check when it may be returned, which were met with indifference by Rebecca's staff; I was first told that the repair guy was ill, then that he was on holiday. Eventually I did get the watch back and it is keeping good time now, but I do feel the whole situation could have been avoided altogether or at least handled better. It's a shame, because the people at Rebecca's seem really nice and do appear to want to help; it just didn't translate in the delivery in my experience.

Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Rebecca's Jewellers. The choice of second hand Rolex watches and the service given were indeed second to none! So glad we chose to shop with them.

I purchased the Rolex watch as a birthday gift for my husband. We had good customer advice and care from Rob, Rebecca and in fact all the team .They had the whole thing polished for us for our collection and when my husband required extra links in the watch strap this was no problem at all. We would not hesitate to recommend Rebeccas to anyone .

Initially tried to purchased a 1991 date just rolex watch for my partners 50th birthday. I recieved an email saying the watch was sold moments earlier but they had an identical 1996 watch which I could purchase for the same price. After a phone call I recieved the watch less than 24hrs later. The watch was better than imagined. Many thanks and would recommend you highly.

I was initially nervous about buying an item of significant value without having physically seen it, but the man I spoke to at Rebecca's was helpful and courteous. When we received the watch, there was some engraving on the back that I hadn't been told about. The customer service I received was wonderful. They apologised, paid for the postage, changed the back of the watch and sent it back to me extremely quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I had bought a Rolex for my daughter's 21st which broke. I needed a replacement but searched high and low for her exact specification. This shop had not only the exact model she wanted, but had a choice of several. The service was efficient and informative. They were accessible by phone and delivered exactly as they said they would. We are both delighted. The watch is lovely, with a very smart silver face. Thouroghly recommended.

Everything about this Rolex purchase went perfectly. The number one thing that I found a deal clincher was being able to talk to Rebeccas's staff by phone about the merits of the various watches under consideration. Having narrowed it down to two the advice I received helped me make a great final choice. When I received the watch I was astounded and delighted by its pristine condition. Incidentally I had a number of subsequent conversations by phone about the watch and once again all staff were responsive and helpful. I have really do only have positive things to say.

I bought a beautiful diamond solitaire from Rebecca's 3 years ago. As a condition of my insurance the setting has to be checked every year. I take my ring back to Rebecca's each time where I am treated with the same respect as when making the original purchase, they check the piece thoroughly and confirm this in writing. This year I asked if the original insurance valuation was still accurate, and the valuer did not hesitate to offer a new written valuation which arrived by post within 3 days! Excellent service which was completely free of charge. Rebecca's is a. Professional, friendly establishment which always has a wonderful selection of jewellery items and, in my opinion, has the most competitive prices to be found on the high street.

The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Fantastic staff, great advice and when my watch arrived its condition was as good, if not better than discribed. 100% saticfied.

I bought a second hand bi-metal Datejust for my wife's birthday Dec 2012. The traffic was terrible but Rob kept the shop open untilI I got there. After looking at a great selection, I bought a 2006 model. It was well presented and Rob added 2 additional links to make it fit.
These are good people to do business with. Highly recommended.
