Phone call after purchase online to confirm and see if all was ok and turns up when they say it will, easy to install, all in all happy

The whole process, from choosing my chair online & requesting a fabric sample (which arrived very quickly) to delivery, was straightforward and efficient. The staff I spoke to were helpful & friendly & I was kept informed of progress at all stages by email, txt or tel call.
I am delighted with my chair & with the service I received & would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I absolutely love the chair delivery went smoothly and delivery team was excellent. The chair is amazing so many different massage options and 3 heat options when you operate the lift and recline it is really quiet. All in all fantastic

I chose the free 2 man delivery and assembly option, which made all the difference.
From purchase to delivery, I was kept fully informed of the progress of my order and I was sitting in my fantastic new chair less than a week after ordering it.

Loved the product and my mum is delighted with it. Our issue was the delivery from your delivery partner, we appreciate it was free but it was just awful. It really wasn't what was described on your website and the company really let you down.

I left the same feedback for the delivery company but honestly their response was also very mediocre which was what I expected following the poor delivery service

Edit: received a call to discuss my experience and I felt genuinely heard. I feel like action will be taken and my feedback was taken into consideration. It's not always about what happens but how it is resolved. Moved to 5* as the company exceeded my expectations when they picked up the phone and listened. Thank you!!

Very disappointed, my fault chair far too small for someone my size. We have 2 x grande size chairs ,the new one is like a child's.

I was very disappointed. It is so light that as you sit on the chair it moves backwards which is not good for someone disabled. It looks smart and both motors work well but for sitting for long periods, it isn't very comfortable.

I'm enjoying my new chair. I find it hard to get it aligned to sit upright to use my laptop but am managing with a cushion at my back. The controls are easy enough but I have to say that the choice of blue on green for the options on the heat and massage controller is not easy for those of us with various eyesight problems. The chair looks nice and is comfortable.

Customer service was excellent. Kept me informed about my order and the delivery was smooth
