Seamless service - from booking until the truck drove off.
Marek and his colleague were great.
Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

Mykhailo was awesome. Nothing was too much trouble. Such a nice guy. The level of customer service from Mykhailo and the company generally, over the phone and text etc was SO unexpected and such a nice surprise. It has encouraged me to clear more stuff. Mykhailo is booked again for tomorrow.

Great communication from both booking office and driver himself, who was polite, quick and good-humoured. Final price well within estimate too. Would def use again.

I needed a very large pile of rubbish removing quickly, and the Recycling Squad gave the most competitive quote for the work (out of 3 companies I asked). Furthermore, they were polite, punctual and speedy. Victoria kept me informed throughout, and the driver texted me with an approximate arrival time, and turned up on the dot. I cannot fault their service. Very happy to recommend

I’ve used Recycling Squad twice now and both times I’ve had great customer service with obtaining a quote and scheduling a collection. The collection team are professional and work efficiently and speedily. I would strongly recommend Recycling Squad, especially if your local council refuse and recycling service isn’t the best.

Brilliant service. Spoke to Victoria on the phone, had a quote within 10 mins and a driver was out within 1hr to collect the rubbish. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Really nice driver and very much appreciate the help and clearance of the rubbish at a fair price.

Got a few quotes to remove some waste from a dismantled unit etc. All bagged up in black sacks ready to go. Detailed photos were sent and nothing added. Got a call from Recycling Squad and a quote of £75+vat. I told the woman I had a fixed quote of £95 (which I had) and so would not accept someone turning up and asking for more. Unfortunately only my wife was there when the guy turned up and he upped the price to £108. These companies that quote low to get the job then make up excuses to get the extra 10-40% really annoy me and I will not be using this lot again. I understand it when people add things to the pile but my collection was exactly as per the photos. The guy mentioned something about heavy bags - yes 2 or 3 were a bit heavy, but many were very light. This is not the only company pushing the price up from the quote- but looking on here it seems they do it a lot.
Laughable response - if they had a scale I'd take note but the guy didn't weigh any bags, he just said a couple were a bit heavy so they would have to charge more. Obviously he didn't comment on the very light bags of which there were more. They know more often than not you haven't got time to arrange an alternative.

Terrible experience today. I called for a quote and listed what was there. It was 70-80 +vat. That was an estimate but when the two men arrived they said 180 + vat. I told them I wanted to call the office (to understand the quote) and before I had even finished the call they had stropped out. They were really rude men, I would have felt super uncomfortable if I had been in the flat on my own. Stay clear, they are chancers.

I am an individual . I was quoted £55 to remove a mattress to be paid in cash or card on removal - when they arrived that price did not include VAT and they charged 70 quid. I think this is misleading.

Tell me one time, but don’t even come on that day. Not serious company!!!!
