Tell me one time, but don’t even come on that day. Not serious company!!!!

I’ve used the recycling squad twice in the last couple of weeks - each time they were on time, friendly and efficient. The price was agreed in advance and a little cheaper than the competition.

Very reliable, friendly promt and professional service and a reasonable price. Very happy.

The company acted swiftly and very professionally organised when booking after getting so many different expensive quotes from various, The driver then carried this professionalism on when clearing the rubbish and did so within an 1hour most of all this was affordable.

While other companies made it more difficult than it should be to book a collection, Recycling Squad has come to collect my item only a couple hours after getting in touch with them. A bit pricier than others but honestly they are so efficient that it's worth spending a bit more. Will definitely go through them again!

Was quoted on the phone £45-£55 for removal range based on amount of time needed for the removal. Item was made available at kerbside but was told it was £55; no explanation why I was charged at the top end. My option was "take it or leave it". I was then quoted VAT on top but never received a VAT invoice despite asking for it.

Very quick service. I was supposed to donate a sofa bed, a desk chair and an office chair to a charity however something went wrong with the collection, which they cancelled just at the last minute, leaving me with a big issue as I had to leave the flat because I moved. I called Recycling Squad on Friday to arrange a collection and on Saturday morning two friendly people arrived on time and collected my items. I will definitely use them again if needed. Thank you

I called up at 8:40am to enquire and they were at my property to quote and carry out the rubbish removal by 9:20am! Very efficient service and a reasonable price. The chap who came to do the removal was pleasant and worked fast. Would throughly recommend.

They quote GBP 250 Plus vat for an XXL load 1700kg but upon arrival he wants 300 GBP cash in hand since he does not like to pay VAT to support NHS nurses and other public services. He esimates the rumble bags to be 30 KG of which he will take 45 in one load (1350 kg). Upon checking weight of rumble bags they were around 20KG. He badmouths his competitors.
