Very efficient and hard-working people. The phone was answered immediately, the appointment arranged quickly and texts answered instantaneously. The gentleman who came round put in the hardest shift I’ve seen in a long time. We had a lot of rubbish in our shed that needed to be carried across the garden through the house and down the driveway, back and forth back and forth. I was seriously impressed with the speed at which they got the whole job finished. Fantastic!

Could not recommend enough! Booked on the day with no fuss. Very well priced, about 1/3 less than other quotes received. Simon was wonderful, called beforehand, got in with collection and was super quick. Even offered to help when he saw me carrying some heavy items. Will definitely use again and will definitely be requesting Simon! Thank you!

This is an excellent service. Driver phoned 30 mins before and was punctual, polite and professional. It was dark and raining but the rubbish was removed quickly and then my front path swept clean. I am very happy and will use this service again.

Good value for money and extremely easy to use. Booked via web chat the day before I needed collection. Was given a two hour time slot but the driver called about an hour beforehand to say what time he expected to arrive. Was given an estimate via web chat but the driver confirmed the price once he’d assessed the load. Driver was helpful and careful. Paid by credit card once everything was loaded onto the truck. Requested a VAT invoice via web chat and received this by email less than 10 minutes later. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

This service was excellent. I had to do a same day booking due to unforeseen circumstances and I needed lots of stuff removed before my agency came to do the checks. The lady on the chat was really helpful and the van driver turned up promptly, he got the job done in under 15 minutes. Thanks Recyclingsquad!

Really good service, called and booked collection for Friday afternoon, the driver called 30 minutes before to let me know he was arriving, he was really polite and agreed the price with me before he started. Loaded up all the waste and thanked me!!!

I then mailed the office who forwarded waste transfer license and vat receipt, great value, excellent service 100% I'll be using them again.

I cannot say Thank You enough to Recyclingsquad Team. The two guys who helped me to get rid of twenty years worth of unwanted items yesterday were excellent and they followed the social distance guidelines to a tee.
My experience with Recyclingsquad staff has been brilliant from beginning to end. I highly recommend them.
