Our family member's situation was immensely vulnerable. We needed a solicitor who could navigate intersectional mental illness problems with delicacy. Zoe Heron's sensitive advocacy for our family member was astonishing. We didn't believe a good outcome was possible but Zoe made it happen.

I had an excellent experience with Reeds Solicitors. From start to finish, the team were extremely helpful, professional, and supportive during what was a very stressful time.

From the outset, my consultation with her was quick, efficient, and highly informative. Despite my case being quite unique and complex, Georgia approached it with confidence and was willing to take on the challenge of preparing a letter of representation on my behalf.

She worked incredibly quickly, providing a draft within just one day for my review. After I shared a few amendments, she updated the letter promptly and ensured it was sent without delay. The letter was issued on 12 March, and to my great relief, the matter was successfully settled out of court by 16 March.
At the time, I was facing a Byelaw 18 charge with a court date set for 1 April, and I had very little hope that the rail company would agree to settle.

However, thanks to Georgia’s positive attitude, professionalism, and efficiency, the situation was resolved far more quickly than I could have expected.

Shout out to Zoe Heron who helped me with my recent fare evasion case! It happened due to mitigating circumstances out of my control over a number of weeks, but I unfortunately got stopped and issued a witness statement which, had I not instructed Reeds to intervene immediately, would have resulted in a threatening letter being sent.

Zoe was extremely helpful, honest, empathetic and the case was closed within the month (Albeit the most anxiety inducing few weeks of waiting for a response from the train company!) with an out of court settlement. HIGHLY recommended as per all the glowing reviews!

For 4 months I had dealings with Reeds. Tom Brymer was the solicitor advising me and I also had contact with a few other staff members.

They could not have been kinder or friendlier. For someone who was completely out of his depth and in a situation I had never been in before they made me feel comfortable at all times.

Talking to Tom felt like I was talking to a friend rather than a solicitor.
We had never met before but on our first meeting I knew immediately that I was in safe hands.
He never judged me and neither did any of the staff I had dealings with. All they wanted to do was help a man in an awful position. He gave me a very thorough explanation of every process of the situation I was in. As I had never been involved with anything to do with the law and the court system before this was extremely important for me as I had no idea of what to expect.

Our son has learning difficulties, and once his case was taken up by Clare Galo, she was amazing throughout. Clare met with him so he could give his explanation to her, and she was very thoughtful and understanding throughout. She took him step by step through the process patiently and clearly by using language and methods of explanation to ensure his understanding. She then followed up with a detailed letter summing up the conversation and the possible outcomes at the trial – she was very honest with her summary. Clare also arranged for a court intermediary assessment, so he had an intermediary with him at the trial to explain what was happening and assist him if he did not understand any questions.

At his trial she was outstanding, especially when something unexpected occurred at the start of the session. Clare was so professional throughout and put his case to the magistrates exceptionally well. The outcome was the best we could have hoped for given the situation. We are all very grateful to her and highly recommend her.
