Reservé un vuelo y a la hora de hacer el checkin online no se pudo pues la compañía indica que debe hacerse con la cuenta desde la que se hizo la reserva, y no hay manera. Al final tuve que pagar por hacer el checkin en el aeropuerto. Rehlat no responde. No se os ocurra reservar nada con ellos

I booked a flight from Nashville to NYC using Rehlat. I clicked "no price drop garuantee" on the first screen, and when I checked out the price shown reflected it. However, my card was charged for $30 more when I paid reflecting the price of that item. Extremely predatory behavior.

​I am warning all travelers. It has been over 30 days since my booking (ID: RE1212603) was cancelled. Rehlat confirmed a refund of 118.702 KWD, but I have received nothing. They are intentionally closing my support tickets without providing a bank reference (ARN). I have already filed a formal legal complaint with the Kuwaiti Ministry of Commerce (Consumer Protection) No: 202615941

This company is fraudulent, created add-ons to my flight booking which I absolutely did not choose.

Scam. Don’t book anything through these scammers. Paid for a flight only for it to be cancelled an hour later - then hold my money for an additional 7 days

On 23 January I booked a hotel accommodation with them and they collected entire amount from my credit card and later failed to confirm the booking and promised full refund. However, despite several reminders they have not refunded the amount till now. Absolutely horrible Customer service and unethical management

Do not try this site to book anything. Worse service.
I asked my refund. its now a year but never get my refund eventhoug more then 100 mail.
Today finally got this message
"Your message wasn't delivered to "help@rehlat... because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."

I requested a refund on 40 days ago as they asked me for additional for my booking. Rehlat confirmed that it would reflect within 10–12 business days. That deadline passed long ago, and it’s now been over a month with no refund, no clear timeline, and no refund reference.

Every follow-up gets the same automated/copy-paste reply: “refund under process.” They even suggested using my refund as credit for another booking instead of returning my money.

This is unacceptable and feels misleading. I’m escalating through consumer protection channels. AVOID.

Ik raad iedereen ten sterkste af om via dit bedrijf een hotel te boeken. Naar mijn ervaring zijn dit oplichters.

Twee dagen vóór de geplande check-in werd mijn reservatie plots geannuleerd. Vervolgens kreeg ik te horen dat ik €100 extra moest betalen (een onjuist bedrag) om de reservatie opnieuw te activeren.
Toen ik weigerde en een refund vroeg voor het reeds betaalde bedrag, beweerden ze dat er “een fout bij de bank” was en dat ik eerst een vragenlijst over mijn bankgegevens moest invullen.

Voor mij schreeuwt dit fraude.

Ik heb inmiddels een e-mailverkeer van meer dan 50 mails. We zijn nu 4 weken verder en ik heb mijn €200 nog steeds niet teruggekregen. Op elke mail die ik stuur, krijg ik exact dezelfde automatische reactie.

Boek hier absoluut niet. Bespaar jezelf deze stress, tijdverlies en onzin.

REHLAT e un sito TRUFFATORE, che con prezzi più bassi ti invoglia a prenotare con loro,ma dopo ti obbligano a prenotare un altra stanza hotel nel mio caso,rifiutando ti promettono tramite mail IL RIMBORSO che non ARRIVERA MAI.

Avoid!!!! They owe me a refund (about $150) since almost 2 months ago and I still did not recieve it yet!! I reached out to them so many times, but all they say is that their team is working on it and I should get it within 12 business days max! I feel I was robbed and they will never refund me! Please save yourself and the ones you care about from this dangerous trap!!!!

Scammed out of over £1000 after supposedly booking hotel in NewYork.

Hotel room cancelled on day of arrival.

Numerous emails since but generic/automated replies for nearly 4 months now.

Avoid this disgusting sham of a company at all costs. How they are still allowed to operate is beyond me.

I booked a hotel via Rehlat in March 2025.
After the cancellation, I was told that my refund was “under process” – and that same phrase has been repeated in every single email for over nine months now.

Despite multiple written confirmations and “apologies”, no refund has ever been received, and there is no proof of payment. Every message from Rehlat looks identical, clearly automated, with no real resolution or accountability.

At this point, I have escalated the case to both the Dubai Consumer Protection Authority and the European Consumer Centre (EVZ Germany).
It’s truly disappointing how such a company handles refunds and customers’ trust.

Avoid this platform if you ever expect professional handling, transparency, or timely support.

I booked Hotel From them but Hotel Doesnt has any Booking, all their Numbers are Fake no one picks up the call niether do they Reply Using Google Travel which recommended me this site in first place I would recommend to stay away from this site and also trust pilot should ban this site and help me get my money back from these guys as they are using their name on their site

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Rehlat. I attempted to make two reservations on September 1, 2025. Although neither reservation was confirmed, I noticed a few days later that both were charged to my company credit card.

Despite reaching out to customer service more than 10 times over the past three months, I have yet to receive a response or any resolution. This lack of communication and failure to refund the unauthorized charges is unacceptable.

I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. If you encounter any issues with your reservations, be prepared for a frustrating and unhelpful experience. I hope this review helps others avoid the same problems I’ve faced.

If the company chooses to address this situation, I will update my review accordingly.

Ce site est une arnaque, il débite la carte bancaire sans réserver.
Suite a un problème technique sur leur site, le paiement est effectué maos la réservation n est pas confirmée. Depuis maintenant 2 mois j attend mon remboursement. Je me fais balader toutes les semaines en leur écrivant sur leur adresse mail help, j ai rempli leur form 2 fois et ils répondent toujours la meme chose : remboursement en cours côté Finance...
C est une vraie arnaque, leur site bug, ils encaissent l argent sans reserver et ne rembourse jamais ! 1650eur perdu. Ne passez jamais par ce site !

Booked a hotel in Bastia, paid and arrived there but they have never heard of Rehlat.
Sending mails since oct 2024 and calling the helpdesk (that really exists) and they are processing the refund. Since oct. 2024 I have send 200+ mails
but still processing....
