Just moved into a house yesterday in canary wharf.

My first impressions were that the area is very safe and open and green as I booked the house without viewing as I was abroad.

I like the house and beautiful area as I study at Queen Mary

I am a student moved into a house in Ironmongers place I find the area very safe and the house is very good

We are students come from China to study our masters in queen mary university

We have now moved in now when I got here everything was very beautiful the environment is very nice and safe area

We have been given clear information and instruction prior to the viewing Reiss Samuels we’re there on time to welcome us for the viewing. They were persistent both me and my husband come to view which was a ball ache as he works a lot

During viewing the Lettings Consultant was very friendly and informative so was the previous tenant very nice which made us feel this is the place for us especially with the amazing views

After the viewing the agent gave us further info on bills council tax etc and parking charges concierge and gym and how this all works

We have been satisfied the way viewing was conducted

We would rate the agency 5 stars the reference company paragon 4 stars and check in clerk 2 starts as she couldn’t wait to just give us the keys outside and leave

We put offers in for other places before and we’re never sent any sample tenancy agreement to read over or a how to rent quide which I understand is a legal requirement before a one week deposit is paid

A lot of red tape when renting in London I would advise customers reading this review to check tenancy fee act 2019 before paying a deposit but cannot fault Reiss Samuels they were great and extremely informative and the landlord seems nice reminds me of my lovely grandfather haha

Not one for reviews me but I wanted to write this

Throughout our time living at Pan peninsula , Satnam Gill has been a true professional helping us with all of our needs. His responses were always timely and clear, and we did not once have any issues in communication.

Calls what’s app texts emails super quick.

He made sure everything was taken care of and seemed to take on all the responsibility his position required. It’s the best experience we’ve had with a management company in London by far.

I have rented a one bedroom flat in cross harbour I absolutely love it i feel I got a fair deal the landlord was a bit to extreme on the contract length and clauses but apart from that I love it

Good letting agent to do business with they are easily contactable and have a variety of apartments to offer in the isle of dogs area.

Checked into my new apartment last week was hassle free.

We are female students at Kings and will be staying on in this house for another 12 months. We wanted to live in Southwark closer to our university but were unable to find a regulated house

Before we moved into the house the processes were straight forward and the estate agent were so helpful and polite we actually felt it was to good to be true but I can honestly say this review it well earned for Reiss-Samuels. I have read other reviews and they are so true

The landlord Rakesh Patel hope he doesn’t mind me mentioning his name he is super when it comes to repairs which is a relief as previously we stayed in GDS which was not as good.

My first time using a review website, trust pilot seems cool and will start using it more

Satnam Gill from Reiss-Samuels helped me renting our house out. The whole experience was very professional but also much beyond.

He was always responsive even on weekends and late evenings for any issues and solved everything in a pleasant and speedy manner. We found tenants very quickly and the whole turnaround was quick and efficient.

The couple that are residing in our property seem to be very nice

We are six Greenwich University Students that moved into a property in Ambassador Square E14, Reiss Samuels was very helpful. This was the first time we rented a property.
We now dealing directly with the landlord Mr Rakesh Patel and his maintenance man Grant they are very efficient and helpful with all repairs. They are very responsive and quick on all repairs.
We had a very bad experience living in Student Halls in Greenwich whereby it took several weeks or months for a repair to be dealt with.
Several of our friends are renting properties in Tower Hamlets Docklands with Mr Rakesh Patel.
We have recommended other fellow students to rent to Mr Rakesh Patel.

Me amd my girlfriend moved into an apartment in Docklands that is looked after by Reiss samuels.

They are always ready to help with any matters or issues related to the apartment and they respond very quickly. We've been dealing with Satnam who is a good and professional guy.

We've moved into a property in Greenwich that is managed by RS

A number of repairs were required to the property that were left from the previous tenants, and Emma was quick to provide support in getting repairmen out to deal with it.

She has been responsive and pro-active, and very pleasant to converse with.

As a whole, the property is in good condition and the move in process has been smooth

My only negative is that the referencing process is very Intrusive although on the positive note we have a lovely little period conversion with original fireplace which is what I always wanted
