2 Investments, beide Gesellschaften in Konkurs. Mit dem Nachrangdarlehen hat man keine Chance etwas zu bekommen. Hochrisikoinvest, kann man nur abraten

Kredite sind nicht besichert. Zu hohes risiko für Anleger. Wählt lieber einen anderen Anbieter. Ich bin hier raus. Über 1000€ Verlust. So kann man auch Geschäfte machen.

Unfortunately, I have to confirm what was written by other reviewers before me. It looked like a solid platform, but when problems started appearing, it just became a massive sh*tshow. I expect more the 75% investment to be lost at the moment.

Einfach nur Abzocke. Von 13 Projekten an denen ich beteiligt bin sind 11 in Schieflage. Würde ich persönlich als sehr sehr unseriös bezeichnen

As a professional with many years of experience in my field, I have always valued fairness and compliance with agreed terms. Unfortunately, my work with Rendity did not meet these expectations. The company significantly delayed the payment of the amounts due and the payment was not made within the agreed deadline.
Such an attitude speaks of a lack of professionalism and responsibility.
Fairness is the basis of any successful partnership - something that was clearly lacking in this case.

This is starting to look like a scam. Every project update and delay announcement is published only in German, which is incredibly frustrating for those of us who don’t speak the language. It would take them just a few seconds to provide an English translation, but they can’t even be bothered with that. If they won’t take the time to communicate clearly with investors, how can we trust them to care about our investments? At this point, I’m seriously doubting whether I’ll ever see my money again.

Hatte ebenfalls in 2022 investiert und nach der ersten Zinszahlungen gab es keine weiteren Rückzahlung des Darlehens mehr. Projekt ist gestorben und soll abgekauft werden und nachdem die Bank bezahlt soll wenn etwas übrig bleibt die Anleger ausgezahlt werden was unwahrscheinlich ist.

Attenzione Attenzione Rendity ha chiesto alla mia banca (sembra uno scherzo ma non lo è) di restituire un bonifico del mese scorso, causa "technical issue", per fortuna Fineco mi ha contattato per chiedere la mia autorizzazione che io ovviamente NON ho dato. Quel bonifico era il frutto dei ormai rari interessi ricevuti sugli investimenti (per il 90% persi) sulla loro piattaforma: tradotto stanno CHIEDENDO INDIETRO I SOLDI e se la vostra banca non vi contatta potrebbe anche avvenire... Penso sia sufficiente ma fate veramente attenzione.

Since two years with Rendity. I am afraid I am not getting my money back. The funds I have on the platform I couldn’t transfer to my account because “the IBAN” is not correct, it is!
The invested money is not giving returns. All projects delayed, no new projects. I have no hopes.
I think they will declare bankruptcy and return nothing.

When I asked the platform operator a few basic questions about the results of the business and loans and they initially didn't answer at all, they then blamed the price and didn't answer my questions and resolved the whole matter by canceling my account.

Von meinen 10 aktiven Projekten sind 10 Projekte derzeit verzögert. Hier wurden die Projekte augenscheinlich mangelhaft geprüft bzw. die Zinsversprechen liegen für das Risiko und die Ausfallwahrscheinlichkeit der Projekte viel zu niedrig. Keine Empfehlung.

Ein Riesenflop. Ein Verlust/Verzögerung nach dem Anderen. Keine einzige ordnungsgemäße Rückzahlung in letzter Zeit.

Invested in several projects and mostly defaulting with no communication / clear intent to recover our money. Telephone number is off so it seems they are leaving all investors unattended. There should be a penal proceedings against the owners and their real estate partner owners, of course.

This must be a scam. All projects fail to pay back the principle. How risky a real estate project can be that not even 8% of the loan is paid back? In Vienna?

Scam company ! Poor service ! Use the better pick given at the top.

LH102 RT GmbH & Co has sold the property EZ 936 KG 01006 with the address 1030 Vienna, Landstraßer Hauptstraße 102 for a purchase price of EUR 13.8 million with a purchase price of 1002.2025.

The purchase price is above the market value determined by a court-sworn expert. Nevertheless, it only allows a partial repatriation of the loan amount secured by the financing bank. This means that even the financing bank waives a significant part of its land register-secured loan. As a result, there are also no funds available for further (qualified) subordinated investors, thus unfortunately also for you, for a repayment of your investment. Equity is also lost.

The Realtrade Immobilien Group and thus also LH102 RT GmbH & Co have fallen into a strong economic imbalance due to the distortions on the real estate and financial markets in recent years. Insolvency could be prevented with the involvement of all financiers. We are therefore still obliged to make the best possible solvent use of our portfolio. This is also done in the case of the object Landstraßer Hauptstraße 102. Unfortunately, due to the negative market development, the end of which is not foreseeable, it was not possible to achieve a purchase price exceeding the loan amount.

We must therefore inform you that there will be no return of your investment in the property Landstraßer Hauptstraße 102.

Leider ist Rendity ein großer Reinfall geworden, mein Glück war das ich bald die Reisleine gezogen habe, übrig geblieben sind bei mir 4 Totalausfälle.

Ich habe ja schon des öfteren hier angemerkt das es Probleme mit den Projekten gibt welche bis zum Schluss nicht angezeigt wurden und sehr viele Anleger dadurch absichtlich getäuscht wurden,

Nicht mal in der letzen Ecco Sendung im ORF trauten sich die Gründer eine Stellungnahme abzugeben, verständlich weil Sie genau wussten was sie taten.

Ich hoffe sie werden dafür noch zu Rechenschaft gezogen.
