RentVillas.com helped us find the perfect villa for our vacation. We've rented large villas with groups of friends and family. This time we wanted a villa for two. The team helped us find just the right villa with stunning views of the Tuscan wine country. We had all the amenities of a large villa but the privacy for two people. RentVillas.com offers every size villa you could want.

I found RentVillas to be a very responsive and professional organization throughout every step of the rental process we took with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for assistance in searching for unique properties across a wide spectrum of locations. Their website is very user friendly and photos are true to real life experiences that I've had. The local personnel at the villa we stayed at could not have been more accommodating and gracious.

We stayed at a villa that my cousin and her husband rented. They found it through RentVillas.com and during all the planning ahead of time shared all the information from the rental company. It was detailed, informative, accurate and they were great when any of us guests had any specific questions about the villa. I would use them myself for a rental overseas.

Rentvillas.com was excellent in every respect and I could not recommend them enough. They are the only place I'd go in the future when booking a vacation of this type. They listened to what I wanted, offered extremely helpful advice and then took the ball and ran with it. The Villa they recommended was superb as were all the other recommendations they made. The few times I didn't follow their recommendations I certainly wish that I had (more meals at the Villa). No detail too small or request to crazy for Sarah, Ashley and the rest of the team, they always came through and really helped me in organizing a getaway for 24 people coming from all over the world. Although this was a special occasion, I've already reached out to them to help me plan something for next summer. Simply the best.

Our 3-generations had a marvelous time at Podere della Fraternita, exploring a bit of Tuscany, basking by the pool, having a delicious catered dinner. Each family unit had a private bedroom/bath and so there was privacy as well as many places to gather together. The location was perfect for visiting Assisi, Pisa, Florence and Siena. We also enjoyed the little villages nearby.

I have booked villa rentals through RentVillas on two separate occasions, in 2007 and in 2015. For both of these family vacations we rented two separate villas over two weeks for a total of four villa rentals. I can honestly state that I would not use a travel agent or another site to book my villa vacation. RentVillas is tremendous! Everything about the site is first class all the way. For each villa that they list on their site, I've got to say that the pictures and reviews don't do it justice. As I mentioned, we rented four separate villas through RentVillas and each one of them was more beautiful than the pictures. In addition, the star ratings and reviews give great feedback, but I found that our experience was better than the ratings and reviews and we could not have found better places to rent using any other outfit. I will use RentVillas for all my significant vacations, they've more than earned my trust and respect!

This was my first experience of using RentVillas. RentVillas provided me with accurate information about the villa I was renting. Prior to my departure, I had some questions I needed answered. RentVillas was always quick to respond to my queries. Their customer service was of the highest order and they ensured I had a great total travel experience.

This was the first time I rented a villa in a foreign country. I had a very positive experience. The photos of the property were exact. My special requests were met. The person I dealt with was helpful. Any emails I sent were answered in a timely matter. I definitely will use Rentvillas again.

You have a tremendous web site, really easy to use, user friendly, and I like the reviews. I have utilized you Three times. I normally book far out in advance (year or More) and with my work load I do not always remember process and updates, so sometimes I will email questions. Kind of feel like I am bugging them by asking questions. Sometimes the questions will be repetitive because I forgot from six months ago when I first asked, and I will get an email of the email sent six months ago, kind of like why don't you do your homework we already emailed you the same information six months ago. Which unfortunately due to volume of emails sometimes it is easier to just ask the question than do the research and it appears that is annoying to the RentVilla team. However, I love the web site, but kind of feel like I am a nuisance. Anyway hope this information helps.

I worked with Nicole and she was pleasant and had great knowledge of the properties she represented. Everything went very smoothly with my booking and she provided a chef and a cooking class which was a highlight.

We have had a relationship with RentVillas for almost 10 years. In a crowded and competitive field of vacation rental websites, we like that they have maintained their position and grown. We have always felt they are big enough to have the inventory necessary to make a suitable search for a vacation rental, yet are small enough to be responsive to us and our needs, desires, and questions, etc. One particular experience stands out....we found a rental on a competing site for less, and true to their advertising, with very little effort, they matched the competing price and never made us feel as if we were asking for something that wasn't appropriate. They have always been responsive, timely in providing information or confirmation, and willing to entertain any and all questions. We can recommend them without hesitation or reservation in any aspect of searching and contracting for a Holiday Home.

The villa is conveniently located near Pisa, Florence, and Lucca. The 2 bedroom villa was great, especially the pool! This was our second time there, this time we brought the kids.

We booked San Barberino 3 thru RentVillas specifically looking for a property in Tuscany within walking distance of restaurants and shops which would be comfortable for two couples and were delighted with what we found. If anything, the photos on RentVillas didn't do the place justice. Location was perfect, with the closest restaurant not more than 100m away, the property was in excellent condition and the hosts were very pleasant and readily contactable if needed. The RentVillas booking process was reasonably straightforward and I felt quite comfortable with it. In particular, when I noticed after booking that the published price had come down (due to exchange rate fluctuations I was told), RentVillas readily adjusted my price to match.

Villa Sella was a joy! There are 3 or 4 other villas on the large property all of which were larger and more modern.
But Villa Sella has the million dollar views and the old world charm we were looking for. Elizabeth is always there to help in any way with directions, restaurants or anything you might need. (she even rescued us when we got lost in town and the GPS didn't work)

At first glance the small town of Certaldo (4 km away) didn't seem like much. However, it comes alive at night and the restaurants and atmosphere at Certaldo Alto (the village at the top of the mountain) can't be beat. Easy to get to Florence less than an hour by train and drive to some great towns nearby. It really is centrally located.

Worst part about the whole thing was leaving!

Through rentvillas.com, we had the pleasure of staying at Villa Gialla, 30 min by train outside Florence. There were gorgeous views from every window of this 14th century villa. It was spotlessly clean, with totally updated baths, a huge beautiful pool, and lovely common areas inside and out. There was a great restaurant with an outdoor terrace (100 Palms) five minutes away. The view from our bedroom window was breathtaking -- the dream of a Tuscan villa come true, thanks to rentvillas.com.

Although this is my first experience using rent villas.com, I would not hesitate to recommend them. The property that we rented was accurately depicted on the website and the reviews of the property were on target. My liaison with the company was easy to reach and very helpful answering any and all questions I had in a timely manner. She also offered us valuable information about the property, its amenities, and the services available in the general vicinity of the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Rent Villas was great - we rented a wonderful Villa on the outskirts of Ravello on the Amalfi Coast. Villa had amazing gardens/terraces and views. Lovely pool and outside kitchen. Villa well appointed with modern baths and kitchen. Tons of room (given we had only 4 people) Cook was amazing. Local agent very helpful. Children loved the Donkeys who tended out luggage. Path / steps outside the front gates led down to Amalfi and the sea (about 1,200 feet below!). Lovely, Lovely, Lovely. Note: We had a car (no driver) and used it. Rent Villas took care of all the arrangements - fulfilled every request.

We are a family of 5. We all had plenty of room and beds were very comfortable. The eat in kitchen had everything even a washer and dryer.
The formal dining room and living rooms were perfect for playing cards and planning our next day adventures. We had breakfast and dinner in most days. There are fantastic gourmet take-out places in neighborhood.
Easy to walk to train and also easy getting a cab on the corner. It was a high end apartment but comfortable for a family. We were there Christmas
2014 and it was spectacular. Easy to see all the sights.

RentVillas.com was perfect for what my friends and I wanted to do in Tuscany. 13 of us were traveling to Italy by 5 different routes and we wanted a place to spend a week together. We enjoyed the villa recommended by RentVillas, the owner was very nice, the rooms were great, the house was big enough for all of us to be comfortable. The price for the week was about $450 per person. Good customer service.
