They were fantastic! The plates arrived promptly, and were exquisitely packaged - there was no way they were going to break on voyage.

Delighted to find replacement forks for a long held set, for which two forks had gone missing. Chloe was helpful and despatched forks very rapidly -also exceptionally well wrapped.

Quick despatch of required item however you may wish to review your packaging arrangements as one spoon in a 12x9x3 inch box seems a bit excessive and must add to delivery costs.Granted crockery requires such treatment
