There is a lot wrong at United Response, for many years the experience was positive until management changed. Bullying is rude, poor practice, nepotism and targeting whistleblowers. Incompetence and poor practice are routinely covered up and to call them a disability "charity" is ironic

Where do I start? $45,000 in debt and I've never even received a phone call back when I needed it the most. My $11,000 mentor left halfway though my journey to pursue better things and no one in my group has had any success. The worst part is when you don't have 30k for the course, they open multiple credit cards for you and max them out telling you you'll make it back in a couple of months of sales. Yeah, maybe if you're a veteran in the business. I was over 30k in credit card debt, and covid was the only thing that saved me. Otherwise, I would have been in bankruptcy. There are so many other avenues to learn wholesaling, but this company is not one of them. 100% scam, stay as far away as possible!

I am sure you have all heard what has been taking place in Canada and the Nana Esi Josephine Smith case in Canada. I want to the same conference a few times and have followed this group since its Landsdown / super ex-days. I have had many dreams shattered as it a medical condition since childhood has upset my apple cart so to speak. I have the other hand met many people and with my introverted self (INFJ) worked hard to actively partake in the everyday lives of my corporations (LLCs) across Canada. With some creative financing and a mind that is designed to excel it is easy to say I have achieved greatness in that Canopy Growth, Wellings and many other corporations exist. It is my hope that many more will appear on the scene.
The success of this company and that of others depends not on this nation but on what one is willing to do to change the corporate climate in this nation. The same atmosphere can not exist that chased the likes of Elon Musk and the likes of Conrad blackout of this country and then forced apologies and nonreturns of some, making ex-pats of companies to uphold where valuable economic trade is shipped out to the south of the boarder to bolster the US economy when rightly Canada should have enjoyed a majority of its own fruits. Leveraging our giftings and talents elsewhere has become a mainstay for this nation. It is clear that this company Response is helping that happen in some facet or another. Promised made for control of one's own LLC may not be upheld as one is not indeed taking the cheques to the bank! It seems putting in the money and work is not enough, having it stolen and family dying is the name of the game hear.

Classes are always great: super helpful! They teach, coach and give confidence at the same time!

I attended a 3 day retreat for R.E.I. education and it was
awesome!!! Not only did they teach me the secrets and
stategies of Wholesaling and Flipping but also covered
the fundamentals and mindsets of long-term,passive in-
come wealthbuilding! Anyone with a serious inclination
to change their financial future should consider themselves lucky to be so thorougly educated.

This was really excellent seminar. Instructor led students from an overall overview of real estate investing to the exact details on how to find deals, find the money, and close the deal. Instructor explain everything so clearly. Slides very informative, so could devote attention to learning without the distraction of having to take detailed notes.

Response training and support staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable- I have learned so much about possible opportunities through working with them and would highly recommend them to others.

The classes were informative and efficient.

My husband and I attended the Josh Altmann Real Estate class in 2019 in Phoenix, Az. It was with the Target redemption program 20.00 with a 20. purchase and send in receipt to them. I did just that and they sent back the 20. for a few months. The last months which add up to 100. they have never sent and I sent in all the receipts and I have copies of them. I have contacted them numerous times by phone and email and it has been ignored. I am not happy with this situation and I feel he/them should live up to their promise and the mailing that was sent out to go to seminar. My husband and I have several properties and wanted to see if we could learn something new. That was the reason we attended, and the Target redemption sweeten the deal. Thank you Doris Ramos

My husband and I have been in limbo for over a year trying to get our business going. We knew something wasn’t connecting but didn’t know what. I feel more confident now after this zoom class. We walked through the basics and have a new understanding of what steps to take.

I’ve taken a lot of real estate courses in the past trying to break into wholesaling and the Response Team has provided a wealth on knowledge and resources that has given me the confidence I need to go out and find/close my first deal.

I love how Matt explained in detail. His workshop left me feeling like I really can become a successful Real Estate Investor using all the appropriate tools to keep all I work for safe. Thank you Matt.

The content was explained clearly and it was easy to follow. The workshop provided a great educational value and it gave enough confidence to start a business in real estate wholesaling.

BEWARE !!!! These people are Criminal ! Lawsuits ..Much of them with the Federal Trade Commission , I am also filing too ! They lied about their "success" rate , Plus they had several other Lawsuits under a different names ..One called NUDGE LLC and also ME INCOME ESSENTIALS .
It was Basically a Bait and Switch ...They talked to us for 3 days about Generational Wealth and all sorts of Wonderful ways to make a lot of money in the Real Estate business , when it came down to it ..After they find your "Lazy Money" .. They pry about any money that you could possibly have available ,including getting New Credit and running it up to the Max ! Leaving you Bankrupt , Stressed out and IF you had a House they would have you take out your equity on it and give it to them ..or any 401Ks ..Pretty much 100% Guarantee that you'd be kick starting your new career in No time .With a 96% success rate.After pretty much 20,000 in debt to these people and Now several credit cards Maxed out ! NIGHTMARE !!! They should be locked up !

More information than I expected. There was room for question and answer session. Speaker was/is through. Presentation is understandable and friendly to explain unfamiliar terminology and definitions. Very pleasant session and down to earth atmosphere for a learning experience.

Was great will sign up for more classes
