Karen Ellsworth was my 1on 1 adviser. She was amazing. She provided tools I didn’t have prior to our weekend. We looked at houses on Saturday and Sunday we evaluated each one for best technique; Wholesale, rent, or flip. I made 3 offers and one was excepted and I close in September.

It was great to have one-on-one access with so many experienced and accomplished traders and instructors. They genuinely want us to succeed and took as long as needed to answer questions and understand what we, as new traders, are going through. Well worth the time.

They covered several topics I didn't expect. Tons of good business information. Good, experienced speakers. Very helpful. Accommodations were comfortable.

She was amazing to work with. My wife and I learned so much she gave us a lot of new ideas and ways to tweak what we had been trying and insight into the other side of it.

The Boots on the Ground 3 day workshop was great. You get real life usage information. I feel I can go out, and using info I got at this event, I can make as much money as I am willing to put in the effort to achieve. There's no reason not to succeed using the info and personal effort. If someone can show me how to do it I can too. And they did.

I think all the trainers are good at what they do. We get a lot of good information. Lots of knowledge. Kind, humble, patient and caring. My husband and I are very new at this and know nothing about real estate. So it is a learning process. So for us the trainings move too fast for us. It's hard to make all the different parts of training come together when it goes so fast. So when we leave and go home our head are saying oh no! I don't know where to start or what to do. Also, I think if at these training if there is going to be something that is not free and going to cost money we should be told ahead of time so we are prepared. Also, when you have to leave the room to go work on something with one of the staff and the trainer is still training we miss that too. Over all it is good to come to, just wish it was not done at such a fast pace.

Boots on the Ground was a great experience. Greg was a great instructor full of knowledge and more importantly a passion for the business. He was able to take us from the book and classroom to the community and make the idea of making offers and closing deals a very realistic and doable process. He took our nervous skepticism and turned into enthusiasm for endless possibility. We feel equipped and qualified to chase our dreams with certainty through real estate investing! :)

Joe was a wonderful instructor who was full of life experience and freely shared it with the class. He shared the best practices for making the best out of the response online tools and explained assignments and flips very well. I would highly recommended boots on the ground through Response to anyone looking to go into real estate investing. The only thing missing in this course is follow up for those students who are going out and implementing. There was information handed out about some mentoring and that got misplaced and I thought it would get discussed before the class would end but I don’t recall hearing a word about it.

Solid training with real life examples and hands on coaching! If you’re willing to work this is for you!!

I paid for the online program($4,000.00). We attended 1 session, and decided the training program wasn’t very good. I asked for a refund and they gave us back 1,750.00. So essentially I made a $2,250.00 mistake by taking an introductory real estate course that I wasn’t satisfied with.

We had a great experience, a lot of information was received our instructor Jared was very knowledgeable and took the time with everyone to answer questions

The entire time was well planned and delivered! The leader, Adam, was very knowledgeable and presented the information in understandable ways! I was pleased with the entire experience and challenged with a great deal of information to use! I am highly motivated to learn all of the ins and outs of the process!

This boots on the ground with Mentor Greg Murphy was very sobering, he was very real with us. Greg went out of was to truly help us all and to get us all on the right track, I would definitely have another boots on the ground with him again, highly recommend!
