Dreadful. Placed order in October. Still waiting, despite several emails. Just keep getting told to have patience for a few more days. They can’t provide refund because parcel is in transit but parcel never arrives. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered placed 31st October, no tracking info for 2 weeks, tracking finally recieved and then nothing since 29th november 2025, they kept saying come back in 7 days and they have pushed the supplier to expedite. still nothing by the 12th December so they advised they have resent, however the tracking "number" keeps coming up as an error and not recognized, they are refusing refund , they also charged me £4.66 more than was on my invoice confirmation which i finally got refunded, however i have had to raise a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back. avoid at all costs

Oh goodness. The order took 20 days to arrive and when it did, what a disappointment!
Instead of thick, luxurious and cute (as the picture), the socks were cheap and thin and too small for any adult to wear. The hugging animals look as if they were ordered by the dozen for a cheap tombola stand. It looks as if they have been stitched on by someone who doesn't know anything about needle and thread. I have no words.

My son immediately recognised the ad as AI generated, so all I can say is beware and rather go shop in a store.

Don’t lose hope!
After waiting 7 weeks just took delivery of 3 lovely chocolate fondue mugs! Out of blue- a couple of weeks after Retrisirane support had gone radio silent on me.
Did refund an error in order early in transaction.
Tracking site was useless but obviously real.
I think you are getting what you paid for …,still, very pleasant surprise in time for Christmas 😀

I ordered back in October, still haven’t received my order, everytime I email them they keep saying my products are on their way!

I have requested a refund on more than one occasion but they seem to ignore my request!

They have sent me a tracking number but there’s never any updates on there!

I have reported them as fraudulent with the bank!

Made an order in october...... its is now december yet still no delivery. When chasing them for the past two months as payment was taken immediatley but no items were dispatched i was eventually given tracking information that was three weeks out of date. when i contacted them again i was fobbed off with yet more excuses and a new tracking number that does not exsist. No one should use this company as it is as good as a scam. They refuse to give a refund even though they have taken payment but have not sent the items, every e-mail is met with the same response of 'do not worry'...... basically fraud at this point.

I ordered some novelty sloth socks. After ordering I discovered that the same socks could be bought much cheaper elsewhere where and there was a hearty shipping charge for US on top of that initially shown. They also tried to take more out of my account than on the order. I complained and got the extra taken off.
The order took ages to come and the quality was awful. The socks and sloth were not knitted as shown in the images. Just some cheap brown acrylic socks with badly made cloth sloths stitched on. Do not order .

Awful. Company took more money from my account, ignored all emails until I threatened to report them. Finally got a refund. Chased up my order 3 weeks after paying as I hadn’t heard anything. Was told they didn’t fund my order. 9 emails later they found my order. A foyer 30+ emails and 5 weeks after paying still have no delivery date. The company had even said “they have no control over logistic speed” I paid them they are responsible. And then refused to cancel my order as “they have a fast desoarch time”. I feel this company is boarding on fraudulent and would never use again.

Scam company do not BUY I wish I had read the reviews before buying , why is this company still allowed to trade !!!

I would give zero stars if I could Facebook should stop allowing their ads as that’s where I ordered from no good after weeks just one after another of bullshit emails saying the parcels is here there and everywhere but never arrives scam artists being assisted by FB

Same as everyone else on here. Items bought end of October and still haven't arrived 6 weeks later. They say they're on the way but I don't believe them.

Do no just this company order never received and no refund after 50 emails it’s a total scam

Like others 12 weeks and no delivery, emailed and asked for refund , reply it’s been resent it’s on its way…. Excepting that I won’t get my order or a refund… DO NOT ORDER now seen them advertising with a different name….

Giving this company a 1 star review is flattering them - they are truly AWFUL!!! Eight weeks and no delivery, tracking information suddenly stopped, and APPALLING customer service!. Emails requesting information and refund elicit barely coherent answers. I would urge anyone DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM RETROSIRANE!!!!

This company are a joke. 6 weeks and still no sign of my parcel. I have requested a refund several times and get the same reply from them

Would not recommend to my worst enemy

I ordered a pair of 3d socks over 6 weeks ago and I have been in touch with the company many times asking either where is my item or please can I have a refund , all I get back is it is on its way. The 3d socks cost ive £18. I am finding this company very unhelpful , I do not recommend them at all . Look around for other ways of purchasing 3d socks

I’d rather give zero stars. Ordered 3 months ago, not arrived, no refund. Before this, I realised I was overcharged and had to press for a refund. Don’t use them.
