We purchased a TV at a very competitive price. All the emails were helpful and explanatory. I spoke to Sean over the phone reference collection and he was very helpful. My husband picked up the TV with no problems whatsoever.

I was quoted a great price over the phone and placed my order. My item arrived the next day and I had a call and email notification.
I also asked to use/borrow a Richer Sounds Head alignment protractor which was also waiting with my item for collection.
Very happy with the price and I felt that nothing was too much trouble, a very pleasant experience.

First class ! Third time brought from Richer Sounds can not fault these guys! Always buy from them ,after sales is great to had a bit of a hicup with the order but was sorted straight away !

I had a problem with a tv that I purchased about six months ago. I thought the problem was proberly not the tv but me not being able to set it up properly. Richer Sound said it had a software problem and I was offered another new tv of a different brand at no extra cost. I was amazed and delighted.

The advice and assistance provided by Richer Sounds staff and third-party installers were invaluable and much appreciated. I am delighted with both my new Yamaha A6A Receiver and LG EVO C5 TV. Thanks so much to you all!!

Good honest professional recommendations. Helped me into taxi with purchases but disappointed you cannot deliver to a boat with no address as other couriers do.

Excellent service and advice when purchasing a new TV. Product has exceeded our expectations. Have used Richer Sounds many times and will continue to do so.

I phoned the Richer Sounds national telesales number looking for a Price Match on an OLED TV, but as an overflow my call was picked up by Richer Sounds Bath.

I was advised to email the Price Match details to the store, which I duly did. I then dealt with George via email, not only was he able to give me a great deal, his knowledge with a query I had was very helpful.

The cream on the cake was just before proceeding with the order, he had spotted a potential mistake I had made, regarding model numbers and brought it to my attention, rather than just sallying forth with the order.

This attention to detail, saved me making an error in my interpretation of specification differences between the 2 models I was considering and was very much appreciated.

All in all, a first class experience dealing with Richer Sounds Bath, 5 stars all day long.

Good price, discount applied for VIP membership after phone call to Customer Services as did not receive email voucher. George from Bath store dealt with order, excellent customer service. Product ordered at 3pm, arrived next day despite normal delivery quoted of 5 days. 6 year extended warranty option offered & accepted. I always buy my products from Richer Sounds.

Prompt response to initial email query and advice about a newly launched speaker.
I appreciated the opportunity to hear the product in a live situation and to discuss my particular use in person.
In the meantime, Tom had organised the item to be available and reserved for me so that I was able to take it away once I was satisfied it met my expectations.

Excellent service and price as usual. Unfortunately the headphones I bought were faulty in that they constantly dropped their bluetooth connection despite being tried on 5 separate sources, But that's not Richer's fault. For a premium brand its Beyerdynamic that need to improve their quality control. However the collection and refund were exemplary and the staff really helpful. Actually having first bought from them 26 years ago I'm amazed that they can still maintain the standard of service that they do. I would have bought again rather than take a refund, it's just a shame, that around this price point, there are so few on ear options available which, in this case are what I really needed.

I've had my LG tv and Sonos arc ultra for a few weeks, the excellent and patient service I received from Sean in the Bath store, has really paid off, I couldn't be more pleased with the result.
