Fred & Sean are top notch. I was in desperate need of a power cable and they were able to help same day and were so helpful even put it to the side for me to ensure I could collect it straight away. Would highly recommend for any AV needs!

The advice given by the store manager was very helpful. They have responded promptly to my questions.

Very helpful and well-informed assistant (Fred) who quickly worked out what I wanted /was looking for and advised me on what to buy and on the pros/cons of various alternatives. The opportunity to go in and look and listen before buying was excellent and really helped me to decide. I haven't regretted my choices!

I spoke to the store manager on the phone soon after opening time. Within two hours I was in the listening room experiencing the amplifier he recommended. He allowed me all the time I needed and didn’t try to push the product. He showed me alternatives, again without attempting a hard sell. The amplifier sold itself! A great experience.

This was the best service I’ve ever had from start to finish all the guys at richer sounds in bath were helpful and knowledgable and every question was answered fast with no issues. Sean and Hayden were a pleasure to deal with and the Tv is perfect and I will be using these guys again for all my tech needs.

I bought this lovely little yet potent blue tooth speaker set for a wedding present the man in the shop was very helpful and the speakers were delivered on time so for me it’s a big tick welldone richer sounds

The guys in the Bath store are very polite and real experts. I had a problem setting up my new Onkyo amplifier. A phone call got me on the right track.
