Good service and price.

The staff in the Bath branch were very knowledgeable, helpful and their approach was utterly professional.
They answered all my questions with patience and it was just a pleasure to deal with them.
Thoroughly recommended.

The agent I spoke to was very helpful and the items were speedily dispatched.They are exactly what I needed. Also good value for money.

I always use Richer Sounds for my electrical entertainment items because I have such great service. The staff are helpful and patient even though I have, thanks to my technological inadequacy, had to call them several times when setting up equipment. They also have plenty of choice and good, competitive prices.

Sean was so helpful throughout our visit. He clearly really knows his stuff and gave us great advice on what to buy. Follow up has also been first class. Highly recommend Richer Sounds and Sean (although the whole team there seemed on the ball also).

The price was right, the tv quality picture and sound great and the small 48 in screen size suits our viewing situation perfectly. Exceptional staff at sales team , friendly and efficient .

Although all communications were via email, Tom could not have provided a more friendly, professional and informed service, which went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Every interaction I have had with the Bath store has been first class, great service, great prices, with a 6 year warranty, what's not to like?

We purchased a TV at a very competitive price. All the emails were helpful and explanatory. I spoke to Sean over the phone reference collection and he was very helpful. My husband picked up the TV with no problems whatsoever.

I was quoted a great price over the phone and placed my order. My item arrived the next day and I had a call and email notification.
I also asked to use/borrow a Richer Sounds Head alignment protractor which was also waiting with my item for collection.
Very happy with the price and I felt that nothing was too much trouble, a very pleasant experience.

First class ! Third time brought from Richer Sounds can not fault these guys! Always buy from them ,after sales is great to had a bit of a hicup with the order but was sorted straight away !

I had a problem with a tv that I purchased about six months ago. I thought the problem was proberly not the tv but me not being able to set it up properly. Richer Sound said it had a software problem and I was offered another new tv of a different brand at no extra cost. I was amazed and delighted.
