Online experience good and intuitive to follow. Sean in the Bath shop served myself and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I purchased a Denon AVR. I phoned before going over and was given very good, helpful information. I drove to Bath the following day, the store was easy to find with parking at the rear. I had a couple of questions regarding my purchase, which were answered helpfully.

I explained my situation and RS were able to give me good advice and suggest a turntable which was sent next day. very happy.

Very pleased I visited Richer Sounds in Bath. Tom was very helpful in updating me on latest options. Purchased a Cambridge CD player that was compatible with my current system. Parking available at back of store made collection on my way home, a couple of days later very convenient.

The earphones are impressive, although not quite as comfortable as I would like.
However the service I received was very much to my taste.
I bought what I thought would be the ideal earphones online, but they didn't work with my TV. I took them back to Bath, swapped them for a slightly more expensive pair, then 4 hours later for an even more expensive pair (without opening the box).
Good up selling, but also really helpful and kind. Thank you gentlemen.

Purchased a Hisense-43e7qtuk TV and JBL sound bar, also taking out the additional guarantees. Although the items were available at the same price at a larger national retail outlet, at RS the guarantees were much better priced, being c. £80 cheaper...... for better guarantees. Even if you don't want the additional guarantees I felt you got better product knowledge from the store staff.

Hayden was extremely helpful when I rang customer service and honoured a price that was advertised but changed when I added the item to my basket. He dealt with everything very efficiently and my item arrived the next day. Excellent service.

Awful delivery experience , waited in on two occasions for DPD and they failed to turn up . In the end had the item delivered to store for collection .

Staff were brilliant and have given me loads of information and guidance . Very happy

What an awful experience. Went in for some advice about what’s the best turntable and amp setup with a view to buying all the kit. Was left with Ben a trainee who did a great job, but was ignored by his line manager not responding to our request for help and shorthand flippant answers to what were complicated questions. Fair play Ben for giving it your best and to the other guy behind the counter - shame on you!
