I bought this lovely stereo stand but managed to mix up the delivery address as I couldn't collect from store. Sean at Richer Sounds called and arranged next-day delivery and, true to his word, it arrived and now supports my stereo and LPs.

Very helpful team in the shop, knowledgeable and very responsive. They also arranged for an installer to contact me which worked well.

I was looking for a specific product, so I phoned up to check whether it was in stock. The local team member was helpful in checking technical information and alternatives.

In store, the team also gave great advice on products and AV solutions without me being pressured to buy anything.

Delivery was quick.

Checked stock of wanted TV via email and store manager replied in minutes saying he had put it aside. Picked up on way home from work and they loaded it into the car. All sorted in less than an hour start to finish!

The young man who served me was extremely helpful and I came away having made a good purchase. I received the item (a Manhattan T4-R 2TB TV recorder) the following day. I also inquired about 3D projectors (since 3D enabled tv's are sadly a thing of the past) and I received some useful pointers as to which direction I should look if I wanted to continue viewing 3D bluray disc movies. I am normally a keen on-line buyer but for this sort of equipment Richer Sounds will always be my go-to shop.

I recently purchased a 55-inch LG C5 OLED TV from Richer Sounds and couldn't be happier with both the product and the service I received.

The LG C5 itself is a fantastic TV, with amazing picture quality, deep blacks, vibrant colours and excellent gaming performance. It's a huge upgrade and exactly what I was hoping for.

It was so easy to get advice and help with a person rather than a chat box. They responded quickly to my email and telephone call.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and explained the 2 items very clearly.
