Very knowledgeable and helpful advice.

I was aware that Richer Sounds has an excellent reputation via Which the Consumer Organisation. Also through previous personal use.

I phoned in advance and said what I was looking to purchase.

When I arrived I was greeted courteously.
All of my product technical questions were answered and relevant details explained so that I could choose between devices and make the right purchase.

Much better than buying online. At Richer one can deal with a knowledgable staff member.

I was also shown the listening room which was useful, with a view to any future purchases.

The goods were delivered on time as agreed.

I will install the kit in a few weeks, confident in the knowledge that if I have any questions I will be helped on the phone by someone knowledgeable.

Also a six year guarantee is part of the deal unlike many other outlets.

The staff at Richer Sounds, Bournemouth were incredibly knowledgeable and helped me narrow down the right option without any pressure. They gave clear, honest advice, made the whole buying process effortless, and were genuinely friendly throughout. Excellent customer service all around — highly recommended.

My request to purchase my headphones and take it off the credit voucher through telesales was easy to do. The service was prompt and hassle free.

Richer Sounds prices can never be beaten. But what makes them special is their, above and beyond, customer service which is the best of any business/organisation with whom I've had dealings/purchases. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
