The shop was not busy but I was not pounced upon by the sales staff. I explained to the salesman (Lewis) what I was looking for and he discussed this in some detail. I ended up purchasing a CXA81 mk2 amp to replace my mk1 amp. It does sound better and I can now use the mk1 in another system.

Efficient succinct advice. Item purchased and delivered quickly.

The customer Service was excellent, the best deals for our price range, everything about the tvs i had an interest in was explained in fine detail,
The staff member was very patient, polite and professional,
He even gave a small discount on what we chose to fit our price range

I've always liked dealing with Richer Sounds, you always feel like you're in safe hands. I placed my Black Friday order and selected to collect my goods from the store. I was promptly notified of order acknowledgement, estimated delivery time to the store and then called by the store (Bournemouth) to let me know the goods were in and ready for collection. Richer Sounds has a very informative website which I used to formulate my order.
I ordered online and discussed my proposed purchases with a very helpful agent over the phone. He suggested I needed an eARC HDMI cable but omitted to mention I might consider updating my existing HDMI cables which I had to order the next day.
My order arrived promptly.
I would definitely use Richer Sounds again.

The knowledge! I know I’m going to sound old saying this, I’m only 18 but it’s true that shops like this just don’t come by often anymore! The employees have such knowledge and the individual I talked to was so kind and easy to talk to! Plus, on a smaller note, the prices matched that which was online from competitors. (Amazon)

To elaborate further, I feel like nowadays you shop online, you watch / read reviews or ask an AI to educate you. And sure, they do in their own way. But just going into the store and asking, you get far more knowledge and you get to speak to people!

My TV, which was a little over 12 months old, started to develop some problems. Calls to customer service were helpful, but they were unable to come up with a suitable solution to fix the problem quickly and permanently.

Having been a Richer Sounds customer for many years, I decided to make a direct approach to the Bournemouth Branch, where I bought the set.

The Manger, Paul, (and his colleagues), went above and beyond to help, and was able to resolve my issue perfectly.

My faith in Richer Sounds, which had begun to wane, is now completely restored. I have rejoined the fan club.

It is a joy, for once, not to feel let down.

Very knowledgeable expert in the shop with a no pressure discussion about what to buy - just interested in getting what was right to fit my requirements. TV delivered next day by helpful delivery driver who was keen to ensure that I was happy with the delivery and packaging. When I noticed that the TV I had purchased had been reduced 10 days or so later with a free soundbar there was absolutely no problem in getting my original deal amended to the new offer. All in all an excellent service and I am very happy with what I have purchased.
