Polite young man very helpful quick service .When it came to delivering my TV not so good .It was not sent to my home as expected but to a pickup point.as I am over 80years old this was not easy, maybe I could have been told this at the start. I was surprised to be given a telephone number of someone if I needed my T V set up which Idid so far I have not been able to contact anyone at the given number

Richer Sounds staff are courteous, efficient and helpful, a refreshing contrast to much of the care-less online retail world. They were swift to resolve any problem - in my case a delivery issue outside RS control hence my return for another purchase. I am delighted with the product. Happy to recommend them. Helpful unbiased advice from Lewis in your Bournemouth branch. Ordered the Audio-Technica AT-LP5X. Delivered very quickly using DPD, so I could track the 1 hour delivery slot and plan my day, without having to stay in. Turntable sounds great with lots of output options. So easy to connect to my Naim Mu-so.

The level of customer service (Dan at the Bournemouth shop) has been truly outstanding. If only other retailers were as good! Thank you 😊

I initially spoke to Aaron on the phone who was helpful and clearly experienced. I then visited the shop and Dan helped me with my order, he was efficient, friendly and helpful. The deal on the two TV’s I purchased was great, far better than the competition. I would definitely recommend this shop and company.
