Popped in to the local store as moral support for a friend and made the most of asking one of the RS team about a specific item. The advice and options given resulted in a purchase, plus as a treat, we managed to get a showing of the opening sequence of the F1 movie in the demo room, very nice. Great service and a great team at the store.

These guys really know their stuff. Was given a HiFi for a present and needed some speakers. Really helpful and great price (£100 off as a VIP member). Not in stock but they ordered them and they arrived next day. Fantastic service.

Polite young man very helpful quick service .When it came to delivering my TV not so good .It was not sent to my home as expected but to a pickup point.as I am over 80years old this was not easy, maybe I could have been told this at the start. I was surprised to be given a telephone number of someone if I needed my T V set up which Idid so far I have not been able to contact anyone at the given number

Richer Sounds staff are courteous, efficient and helpful, a refreshing contrast to much of the care-less online retail world. They were swift to resolve any problem - in my case a delivery issue outside RS control hence my return for another purchase. I am delighted with the product. Happy to recommend them. Dan at RS Bournemouth is worth his weight in gold. Bought a brilliant Panasonic tele from him and he really helped in us making a great choice. Highly recommend RS for all your home entertainment needs.

Helpful unbiased advice from Lewis in your Bournemouth branch. Ordered the Audio-Technica AT-LP5X. Delivered very quickly using DPD, so I could track the 1 hour delivery slot and plan my day, without having to stay in. Turntable sounds great with lots of output options. So easy to connect to my Naim Mu-so.

The level of customer service (Dan at the Bournemouth shop) has been truly outstanding. If only other retailers were as good! Thank you 😊

I initially spoke to Aaron on the phone who was helpful and clearly experienced. I then visited the shop and Dan helped me with my order, he was efficient, friendly and helpful. The deal on the two TV’s I purchased was great, far better than the competition. I would definitely recommend this shop and company.
