Good service- eventually

Fantastic store! They were so helpful in helping us to choose a new tv, and offered us a great price. Helped us load it into the car, and also disposed of our old tv. The customer service here is second to none. Highly recommended!

Linda very helpful and understanding as I had been helped by my nephew, who had agreed a good price talking to Dave. She found the TV I needed to order and the agreed price. The TV was delivered a week later, so very good service.

Always great service as usual. Needed a cheap h-irez audio player and the little Snowsky has been great - once I figured out how to use it, as it's a bit trial and error. But once I worked it out it was good to go. Just one little note. These things claim to support FLAC, and they do, just not all encoding formats. Unfortunately this doesn't want to play the Flac files my Android device happily plays. Live and learn.

RS Bristol let me compare 3 products (4 figure all in 1 receivers), side by side in their room. AFAIK noone else had this option available. Really happy I could make an informed choice

I had a picture problem with my new Samsung TV. After explaining the issue I was given the service number for Samsung who were able to guide me through all the indepth settings which took just under 15mins. Result all is now fine. Happy customer.

This time i contacted regarding a set of headphones that were cheaper elsewhere online. I emailed and dealt with one person, Jonathon, who then sold me and even met me at the store when i collected them.

Very happy with recent order. Delivery was fast. Item is as described with 6 year warranty. Have been purchasing quite a few stuffs from richer sounds recently and they never disappoint me.

Excellent customer service, especially as I tend to be garrulous and digressive when trying to deal with problems on the telephone. No infuriating on- hold music.

I walked into store and was greeted straight away to offer help. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and just understood what I wanted. They showed me 3 options, and it was clear that 2 of them were a great match. I picked, placed the order for delivery, and was out the door happy... All in maybe 10 minutes.
I know the temptation in these situations is to get see the products, and get the advice, then go find it cheaper online. If everyone did that, these shops wouldn't exist... And to be honest, having now looked, the price was spot on too.

Went to the Bristol store late pm on Sunday the 6th September and purchased a Denon turntable ..No problem at all and was served by a very helpful assistant ..and very pleased with the turntable, I’m now able to play my LPs from way back …thanks

We are an older couple just wanting a turntable to play are sixties records. the service was excellent, we bought a turntable and speakers At home we put it together but on trying to play the records, they did not sound good We returned to the shop and explained are problem. We asked if they would try and play the record on the their turntable (same as what we had bought), The sound was great and they explained what they thought we needed to do. At home we did what they said and the sound was brilliant. We can only say the service was great and all done with a smile

Great service - superb company

Staff were friendly, helpful, and I felt I was given good advice, but without undue pressure. I'm very pleased with the Argon Audio Fenris system I eventually bought.
If I have future audio needs, I will certainly go back to Richer Sounds, Bristol [ Whiteladies Rd]

Totally brilliant service from start to finish. Let us take our time, plenty of options to choose from. Did us a great deal, what's not to love. The staff were top notch, very knowledgable, wouldn't hesitate in using them again.
