Richer Sounds - Chiswick レビュー 

My day was made not because I was new to Richer Sounds, but because of the service and knowledge of Simon the Deputy store manager at the Chiswick Branch. The world surely needs more people like him who know what the store is offering and the details of the product to the 'T'. Thank you Simon.

Richer Sounds is one of the few on-the-high-street retailers where you can go in and ask for advice. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They also stock Mitchell & Brown televisions.
Recycling of your old equipment is also offered - but you have to deliver it.

I recently left a negative review for richer sounds in Chiswick, however after visiting the store today, I was amazed at the level of service and quality I received, Jim , the manager, went to the trouble of testing a Sonos product to ensure that I was 100% satisfied and understood the way it worked! I maybe in haste with the initial review, but hey, everyone has an off day, thanks again too all at the Chiswick branch .

In my search for a replacement TV, Jim and the friendly team at Richer Sounds Chiswick provide clear helpful advice and explanation. The delivery was quick and the price excellent, with a later refund following a price drop. Highly recommended.

Great clearance deal. Store staff very pleasant and interested in giving me the best service. Unfortunately there was a problem once my purchase moved to delivery, so there was an unexpected delay getting it to me. Still I was kept informed throughout which was a good aspect.

Super helpful on the phone and kept the headphones back for me.

I had a great experience. Tim was very helpful, gave me objective advice and set up a demo that gave me a good idea of the options I had. I ended up purchasing a set of speakers and I am very happy with them.

What fabulous staff at Chiswick: friendly, listened to our requirements, made recommendations, no attempt to upsell or push more products. just enthusiastic, efficient and brilliant service. Great prices. These are people who love their work and transmit that positive energy to their customers. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Excellent service - generously offered to fit the cartridge

It is always a pleasure to buy from Richer Sounds. Over the years we have bought tvs and hi fi equipment . All have been excellent . The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The only occasion I have had to use the Richer Sounds guarantee it worked very smoothly.
