Richer Sounds - Exeter レビュー 

Bought an LG TV in 2022 and, as a VIP customer, had a free 6 yrs guarantee. The magic remote developed a fault (selector wheel collapsed). On Tuesday this week, I spoke to Pete at my local branch in Exeter who confirmed the remote was covered and arranged replacement. Just 2 days later a new one was delivered to my home address! Amazing service as always from Richer Sounds. Everyone should look to Richer Sounds for their audio visual tech. Many thanks.

I took in my turntable and was seen by Stephen.He was excellent. Professional, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He sorted out the fault and even looked up a suitable new stylus. All much appreciated.

I initially emailed the Exeter store asking about the item and I got a very quick reply from Steve confirming the item was in stock and could be delivered the following day. After a short exchange I was able to pay online and received a receipt and the unit arrived on time the following day. The service I received from Steve was 1st class he could not have been more helpful

Another purchase from Exeter branch. To be honest I trust Richer Sounds and they are my default retailer for TV and home entertainment. Mark, the manager seems to be in firm control of things and the staff have always treated me fairly. I recommend them.

Good all round service

I can't thank the Exeter team highly enough, even for such a small sale. Went into the store last Friday to order an MP3 player, and the staff member serving not only had an uncanny ability to know which one I was looking for, even when I had forgotten the details, but apologised to say that normal next day delivery could be the following week. Except the next day the device was in my hands and I was able to start setting up. So very worth it to pop into your local store if directed by the website- these teams get things done. This is my third purchase this year with Richer Sounds and would definitely recommend them.

Superb quality Marantz cd player that compares favourably with other more expensive options.
The sound separation is excellent, and the unit matches my Marantz amplifier.
The unit was delivered right on time as usual.
