I recently purchased a Samsung Q990F sound bar using click and collect.The staff at the Exeter branch rang me when it was in and told me of the parking behind the shop.The person that served me was polite and helpful.He helped me carry the heavy box to the car.Good service.

Excellent price; really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff made the buying experience easy. Delivery driver also on point. Box was damaged on arrival but he explained he would report it and we received a follow up from the courier firm ensuring the TV was okay.

had a problem with my amp. it was exchanged immediately without any fuss. Also a very friendly and helpful frontline.

A lot of help, my electrician fitted the bracket and said what will you do if they don't help with the TV and speakers. I said I would pray at the shik mosque, that was his last client. My mate from richer sounds came around and fitted the TV and speakers to the wall brackets. I am 62 years old and would have been impossible on my own. Enjoyed England qualifying for the semi final and the men's final at Wimbledon. Many thanks Martin

Lloyd in the store was amazing . helpful , constructive and honest . All principles that ensure I come back for ALL my electrics and why I recommend RS at every opportunity. Even when his Manager challenged him Lloyd rechecked and confirmed to me and his manager what was correct . A great employee with Customer service in his heart !!! Love it !!

Bought an LG TV in 2022 and, as a VIP customer, had a free 6 yrs guarantee. The magic remote developed a fault (selector wheel collapsed). On Tuesday this week, I spoke to Pete at my local branch in Exeter who confirmed the remote was covered and arranged replacement. Just 2 days later a new one was delivered to my home address! Amazing service as always from Richer Sounds. Everyone should look to Richer Sounds for their audio visual tech. Many thanks.
