Have used Richer Sounds for many years and have always received good service.
Although after saying that, I purchased the latest Humax aura set top box and had a couple of issues with it. So I phoned yourselves in the hope that I would get the normal helpful advice and was told that you had none of this model on site and best to contact Humax!

i just love Richer sounds! its one of the few shops left where you're made to feel special and appreciated as a customer

A bit of a hiccup with there carriers, but all sorted now.

Spoke to Mark at Exeter about a Hisense 50" TV and was given honest advice about my choice. They did not have one in stock but had a 55" one. The price on the website was apparently a mistake offering £50 off but he very kindly honoured it and so got a 55" for the price of a 50" one.
Asked if it needed a soundbar and instead of upselling me one was told they have good sound and to see if I was happy with it before buying one. Refreshingly honest staff.
Not the first time using Richer sounds and wont be the last, other retailers could learn a lot from their staff.

My husband & I werer looking to be able to play and enjoys our LP's - vinyl as our son reminds us. The staff were most helpful and the product we bought has lived up to all expectations. The sound is wonderful and more than justifies hanging on to treasured albums for way back when.

Had demo in the Exeter shop and received good service. Bought some speakers and an amp. Mark advised me and was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Nice calm setting, friendly staff, no sales pressure, features of model clearly explained, a cheaper model was suggested if I wanted the same sound but with fewer options. Came away pleased with my purchase.
