Went to the shop got help from assistant i think he was the manager,he was a great help and very informative,took time to answer any questions we had and alround great service.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff made sure I got the right product for me.

Recently ordered a pair of Dali Opticon 6 speakers from the Exeter branch via email with an employee called Nick. He was extremely helpful and dealt with the purchase perfectly informing me when they were in stock ready for me to collect as that was my preferred method. Love the speakers very much. Great help and advice from the staff at Richer Sounds Exeter, as always.
The delivery of our Hisense mini led tv was organised and arrived within a few days, delivered by helpful van driver.
We haven't had the TV long so there is much to investigate.
The picture is sharp, colourful and bright. We do run it through an existing sound system. There are loads of 'apps' and Freely although new to us appears easy to navigate.
