Ordered a Philips PHIL-24PHS6000 24" which we were able to collect the following morning after receiving a phone call from the shop. The TV is great - very easy to set up and Freely works a treat via the internet as we have no aerial for this set.
The Richer team were as helpful as ever.

Great help with a faulty BenQ tv dongle. We agreed it wasn't a very effective product and Mark at Exeter went so far as to refund the price of an Amazon Firestick bought elsewhere to replace it. Thoughtful and considerate customer service.

I had a problem with a Hisense 32 inch tv which kept losing connection to my WiFi.
Very impressed with the way Richer dealt with the problem, Steve at the Exeter shop was brilliant and nothing was to much trouble in arranging a replacement.

Spoke to them on the phone, they ordered in the headphones. No issues what so ever. Recommend

Mark was really helpful and kindly gave me a gift voucher in lieu of speaker cable discount. He was very pleasant and helpful on the phone and the Monitor Audio Silver 100 7G are ridiculously good for the money sounding more like speakers at twice the price.

I’m a serial customer to Richer Sounds. This is because I know the item I want will be very good at a very reasonable price - especially when their warranty cover is so good and quibble-free. Customer Service over the phone is fantastic - very patient and knowledgeable so you feel you’re being advised by a friend who knows their stuff.

Excellent response to problem with my loudspeaker. Reported fault on phone line and when I went to shop they had been fully briefed on my complaint and were ready to replace my device without further explanation

Amazing service. Purchased TV some time ago but had not finished the room it was going in. Once installed I found it was not right for what we needed. The team in Exeter exchanged it without any issues. Cannot speak highly enough of the Manager and his staff. Very pleased with the new TV.

I knew the model of TV I wanted, and I knew RS were offering a very good deal. So, that is where I shopped. I have had a radio off you some years ago, and knew your service was excellent. The bonus for us was, parking behind your store and delivery. Plus we could also purchase the same day a new TV wall bracket. Delivery was very professional, with a telephone check, call made to me to ensure packaging was undamaged, whilst the delivery team were at my property.

Always very helpful and good service - and good prices!
