Small issue with turntable, visited store and they provided a new one there and then. All the staff were extremely helpful and it’s easy to see customer service is their top priority. Thank you Richer Sounds.

David and the other staff at Richer Sounds are so personable, welcoming, patient, and full of knowledge. Their after sales is unmatched, and they do a fantastic job making you feel cared for. Also, I was delighted to be receiving my AV Receiver next working day, despite it not being in my local store. That and the VIP membership discounts make it thoroughly recommended.

Phoned the Glasgow store to enquire about buying a Sonos soundbar and dealt with Simon who had all the info and gave me a great deal. I went in to pick it up and asked to be shown some all in one music streamers, again Simon was very accommodating and knowledgeable and let me listen to various models in my price range. I had one in mind but was not sure if it would be right in my system at home. Simon arranged for me to take the demo unit away and have a proper listen at home. I ended up buying the unit and Simon ordered me a brand new unit.
From start to finish it was very easy decision to make based on the way I was treated both on the phone and in store. Highly reccomend.
