Thank you very much, to (especially) Tayla and her team for the great customer service they have provided, they surpassed my expectations.

This is what makes a great business, no drama, no dragging of their feet, just corrected the issue, in a very timely, and professional manner.

This is why I buy tech from people who look after their customer base.

I sent an email to Richer Sounds in Guildford asking a question about turntables that would work with my system as it was pretty old. Franklin communicated with me straight away about budget and choices with great and honest advice. I bought the turntable that day. A very happy customer.

I did some research online to choose a new larger, higher resolution TV. I was pointed towards Richer Sounds on the basis of price, warranty period and service. I called the shop to check availability of a demo of the LG-G5 product and spoke with Franklin who was immediately helpful and polite. This continued on my visit to the store to check out the LG and place the order. He gave me a great demo, advice on offers and a healthy discount in the face of an offer via my Son. The TV arrived as suggested and Franklin helped me load the car. I’ve got the TV all installed and working and we’re delighted with the picture. I’m just waiting now to register for the LG Cashback.

Great people but let down by your Sonos products. Sonos networking issues just unacceptable if able customers and Richer Sounds staff cant solve them. I bought and returned a Sonos 5 speaker and wasted endless hours of my and your staff's time due to Sonos 5's networking issues

Excellent communication and the open box product was well priced and in great working order.

Had a problem setting up the new DAC, booked a demo room and they sorted out the set-up. I was having a senior moment when it came to connecting the cd player, but it all works beautifully now.
Speedily resolved - very helpful.

Went to store to ask questions about one product which seemed OK but discussed further and made decision to buy a more expensive product
Unfortunately RS’s can’t provide a small simple connection cable to link new product to a Sonos speaker but the manager kindly located another site where I could order online
Paid a little extra for next day delivery and all parcels arrived on time in given time slot … unfortunately product was missing a small connection piece and RS’s came up with a creative solution so after buying several products before from them it was a good decision as helpful and knowledgeable
Overall a 5* service with an extended warranty thrown in

I bought some Cambridge Audio headphones from Richer Sounds. A week or so later the price dropped,mso I contacted them and they refunded the difference. I’ve always found these people to be very good.

My order was taken by a very polite, cheerful and helpful gentleman. My new television and sound bar arrived as promised. And the price was very good, too.

Richer Sounds always provides the best advice when purchasing a TV. An example of their customer service is when our TV failed 15 years ago they leant us a TV until our choice of replacement arrived. I would never go anywhere else to buy a television. Nowhere do you get such good advice.

The TV I wanted was in stock and was delivered the next day at the best price.

From the first interactions with Tayla via email, to the subsequent visit and collection of a new Yamaha amplifier with Franklin at the Guildford branch, it was a great experience. They didn’t have my amp of choice in stock, but pulled it down from their main centre within 24 hours. Impressive work. They are a friendly, knowledgable and professional team. Their store at Guildford is like an Aladdins cave, full of great kit for any music enthusiast.

I also signed up to their VIP listing, which is free of charge, which provided a £10 saving on the amp.

I couldn’t be happier and look forward to gradually replacing / updating some of my existing hi-fi kit.
