Very quick reply to my email inquiry requesting cost and delivery of discounted Q Acoustic speakers which resulted in purchase of the speakers and very quick delivery. Thank you.

Richer Sounds has been my first (and usually only) shop to buy from. There are a number of reasons but three stand out. First is the staff, knowledgeable, friendly, ready to answer questions. Second the after sales service, on the odd time I've needed it they have been most helpful, third prices, Almost always either or near the cheapest and combined with points one and two the best buy. It seems invidious to single out one individual in a history of helpful staff but Elliot had all the qualities that make it such a pleasure to shop at Richer Sounds.

It’s a pleasure to visit a shop that is interested in ensuring that I buy the best equipment for my wants rather than something that might just about do, but is going to make them the biggest profit margin.

Would recommend anyone looking to buy a high end piece of equipment to go through richer sounds as their warranty is the best in industry and if you know anything about the company they make sure to look after both their staff & customers.

Easy purchase and super-fast delivery of replacement (same again) for 26 year old Denon mini-system, followed by sound advice re new speaker able to enhance the listening experience.

I was after a specific hifi stand which I had ordered direct from the manufacturer but they kept pushing the delivery date back. Found the same stand at Richer Sounds and went to my local store. The shop staff were very helpful, ordered up the item from their warehouse and had it delivered the next day. Very happy with service and speed of delivery.
