As a Blind Person i Have To Visit The Holborn Store , Order And Pay And Then Ask For Items To be Delivered. This Time Around Alan And Elliot Were On hand To Ensure My Wharfedale 12.3s Were Delivered To My Home By DPD The Next Day, As Always Richer Sounds Provided Their Usual High Level of Service To Me And Further i Must Mention The Excellent DPD Driver Who Also Went The Extra Mile By Placing The Large Boxes in a Safe Place For Me.

Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable service when buying some speakers for my iMac. I have bought a number of hifi components and associated cables and stands from Richer Sounds in recent years and have always been impressed by the service.

I bought a stereo/ amp from Richer Sounds 5 1/2 years ago. It stopped working 2 weeks ago Took it in to Holborn branch. Deputy manager still the same guy as 51/2 years ago, checked it in, efficient friendly said either repair for free (6 YEAR WARRANTY) or free equivalent exchange - repaired perfectly within 10 days. No charge. ALL staff are knowledgeable efficient friendly. Choice of products are high end and competitively priced. AND that 6 year warranty!! Absolutely recommend on every level without question

Love Richer Sounds! The order process via Holborn Store was personalised, easy and so helpful. The product arrived promptly, no issues and installation perfect. Very efficient transaction

Rang the Holborn Branch for a possible trade-in on my existing Bluetooth speaker to reduce clutter, upgrading to the Ruark MR1 Mk 3. They offered quite a generous deal, so I visited them the next day.

Whilst the Holborn shop is very small and busy, with a queue forming at opening time, I was served promptly by a very friendly and cheerful shop assistant. He tested my device, which must be in perfect working order and then honoured the trade-in value. No fuss or bother and stress free.

I opted for free delivery, but the package arrived much earlier than expected; the very next morning. The product was in its factory sealed box, brand new and of exceptional quality. It works very well with my desktop PC and Blu-ray player. I have placed the Ruark speakers on my 40 year old metal speaker stands, left over from my old hi-fi and they are very impressive. The Ruark MR1 Mk 3 rewards its users with a very open, detailed and immersive sound stage.

Such quality of customer service and trade-in offers to buy top quality goods are increasingly rare. I would definitely buy from this Branch of Richer Sounds again.
