From online purchase to delivery all went quick and well the delivery men were both polite and careful along with price and warranty offered is why R S is our go to TV retailer .

QLED TV up to expectation
Speed of delivery good. Quality of product QLED TV excellent with one exception - location and design of ‘Control Button’ under screen. Email exchange eventually resolved the issue. Customer support good.

Changed my mind , no problem
It was the Leeds branch that I use, they advised me on a TV I was looking at, we agreed a deal and I ordered it fo delivery, the next day I was still looking at TVs and wanted a better one, called the store and asked if was possible at they said of course
The different people I spoke to regards these transactions were all so helpful and knowledgeable
The delivery service was good but there was a communication issue somewhere, they were delivering 2TVs, I explained what had happened and they took the other one away
I called richer sounds to inform them
