A much needed and appreciated return to form where the staff at the Leeds store who took my order have made big strides in restoring my faith in the company where next year sees my 40th anniversary of my first purchase.

Regrettably my decision not to buy another TV from Richer Sounds following my experience of late last year is beyond repair (no pun intended)!

First class service from Derek from all aspects of the transaction. I was looking for a high quality speaker and amplifier to pair with my Technics turntable. Derek demoed various amplifiers connected to Fyne Audio bookshelf speakers that I preferred and produced a couple of quotes with no pressure to purchase. I decided to go ahead with the Audiolab 6000a amplifier and Fyne Audio F500S speakers until I found a deal with a competitor offering the 7000a model with a hefty discount. Derek happily price matched this offer and also delivered everything by Uber as soon as the transaction was complete. Amazing service from Derek and also from Richer Sounds. One very happy and lifelong customer.

I have purchased my last 4 TV's at Richer Sounds and the service and advice is second to none!

First class on every front from the actual transaction where the price was exceptional to organising the fitting of the TV. Very content customer.

After a conversation with Gavin who gave a detailed comparison between the different types of television we chose a TCL model with a 6 year guarantee.
Delivered and installed the following week, would definitely recommend Richer sounds.

I ordered some headphones, when they arrived I realised that I ordered the wrong ones! On the Saturday we had a trip to Leeds branch to see if we could exchange the headphones.We received the usual impeccable service, the exchange was no problem, but the headphones I wanted weren't in branch on the day.They organised a free delivery which arrived the following Monday.
You can't beat that for service.

Superb service from the Leeds branch. Walked through my options and what would work well for my room. To top it off, the TV was £120 cheaper than elsewhere and in stock…. And that’s before considering the famous 6 year warranty. Why go anywhere else?

Rick persevered with my order through difficulty in my understanding how to make payment (74 years old & not very tech savvy ) he was very polite patient and professional the very essence of what I have grown used to when dealing with Richer Sounds. Received my order within 24 hours to complete an all round excellent experience. The whole procedure was rounded off by a polite and friendly driver.

When I entered the premises I was not sure what radio I would buy or indeed if I would make a purchase at all.

I've bought from RS before.
As a pensioner I can't afford expensive systems and the team in Leeds don't talk down to you unlike other electrical retailers.
They explain everything and went the extra mile with speaker leads. Andrew even helped me carry some of the kit to my car! Where else could you get that!
Prices are as ever competitive.

Chris and his team were very helpful and discussed various options to help improve the overall quality of my system which I also bought from them. At no point was I pressured into making any decisions - a very relaxed and great approach that makes me feel valued as a returning customer 👍😊

Helpful, impartial, simple advice built round my needs. I did not feel rushed and options were discussed with me. Easy to get through on phone to discuss options, Got great advice on buying my new TV. Good price with offers and fast reliable service. The packaging was a little damaged and confirmed by delivery company who were very professional. All was well no damage to TV, all good so far.

Chris was helpful in providing advice over the phone, produced a part we needed by post the next day and offered 2 solutions to our problem. The first option was to try to do the repair ourselves because this would be cheaper. The fallback position was for one of Richer Sounds staff to visit and do it for us. When we were unable to do it ourselves Mikey came the same day and sorted things out. All was done in a very friendly and professional way.
