Staff listened to me and helped with my selection. It wasnt about selling me the most expensive sound bar, it was what was best for me.
Really pleased.

Visited the Leeds City Centre branch yesterday to get a mini hifi for my daughters birthday. Had the absolute pleasure of being served by Derek.
Firstly, all the staff in there were really welcoming, warm and friendly. Derek approached to see if her could help. Super knowledgeable, fun, friendly, no pushing or upselling, just genuine interest and solid advice. I'll be honest in saying most of our chat was about Rugby as he lived in South Africa for over 40 years and I'm a rugby nut. But what a fantastic bloke and I've come away with the perfect gift for my daughter. Many thanks mate, you are a credit to the company!!!

The TV had a few problems, but the staff was great and sorted it all out; I ended up with a great TV and cannot thank all the Leeds staff enough.

Great set of guy’s. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
Got some good advice and extra discounts with my purchases. Also, lots of after sales advice over the phone about setting up my system.

The staff were helpful and were there for me if I needed any assistance. They were polite and were willing to give aftercare support if I needed it.

Fabulous company amazing customer service

I booked a click and collect not knowing that you close at 5 and you guys actually stayed later just to let me collect the TV. I honestly couldn’t be more grateful and the TV is so nice. It is so refreshing to go to a tech place with so much good customer service. I was going to buy a record player in the future and didn’t know where to go but now I know i’m gonna go to Richer Sounds for all my tech needs
