Although the units in stock where not available for demonstration, I was advised to purchase them return if not suitable. The Sony Bravia theatre quad system purchased was fine but you only stocked the small sw7 subwoofer. I tried it but returned the subwoofer for a full refund. However no explanation was given why the best pairing subwoofer, the SW5 was not stocked. I have to source from an alternative supplier. Disappointed at not getting an explanation.

Very good information from Levi who helped me choose the right product. I did not feel pressurised to go in any particular direction but was given several options to choose from.
It was good to visit a real shop and talk to a knowledgable salesperson and see the products.
In the end, I got something at a good price and am very happy with what I bought.

I think I met with Sebastian who was helpful and accommodating. It was unfortunate that I was unable to view the product I bought in the shop. Nevertheless I am happy with the service I received and to date the product.

Superb service from Richard in the Leicester branch. Took the time to understand my requirements, demo stuff and piece my system together for me. He was also on hand for some follow up email advice about which subs to look at. How refreshing to be able to go and talk to a passionate expert face to face rather than just rely on online sales. Excellent everything organised well mannered staff

I had a number of very helpful telephone conversations with members of staff prior to our visit but the service we received from Richard was of the very best
Richard was friendly, overwhelmingly knowledgeable and patient. At no time did we feel that we were being sold anything but nonetheless ending up spending perhaps three times as much as we anticipated. We have no doubt that what we bought best served our needs. We'll be back and will recommend Richer Sounds unreservedly to others.

I made three visits to the shop. First to explore the possibility of purchasing a projector TV. Second to clarify a few technical details and place an order. Third to pick up the item when it had arrived. On each occasion the staff were very well informed and helpful. I got the advice I needed and got a much better result than I would have if I’d just chosen something online. The item - a Hisense laser projector has exceeded expectations in terms of a) meeting my requirements; b) ease of set up; and c) providing an excellent home cinema experience.

I had already researched the TV I wanted, and went to Richer Sounds Leicester, who had the joint best price, but also provided a 6 year guarantee, which was clearly the best available. I was served by Richard, who previously sold me some Hi-fi separates. The service I received was first rate.

Wanted a sound system that we could feel when playing music. Jason went that extra mile recommending what setup we would need and taking time in the experience room to listen to different sets of speakers to the amp that he had suggested. We couldn’t be happier and they look great too.

I was on the market for a 50 inch tv for the living room. I spoke to a person over the phone. Who was extremely helpfull. I was after a TCL or any reccomendation. I was very pleased to be offered a display model tv from last year with a considerable discount. And also a reccomendation for a brand new hisense. I had a day to mull it over and i received information via mail. But i decided on a samsung q90f. I was amazed by how fast everything came together. As after talking to someone on the phone again who was extremely helpful the tv i was after was on offer and was delivered to me the next day! In time for a meet up with friends. The delivery slot was great and so was the drivers and the after care team. Great stuff. Richer sounds are stellar.

Ordering from the Leicester branch was really straightforward. The stereo was delivered as promised. Sadly it had a fault. The store was understanding, sympathetic and efficient. A replacement arrived the very next day. I nor understand why Richer Sounds are ranked so highly and they will now always be my first port of call.
