Tom's knowledge on a wide range of subjects was very helpful in making my choice of tv and he then helped transfer a large and heavy package into my car.

Luca was most helpful in guiding us to our choice of TV. Knowledgeable but no pressure to make a decision. Only slight downside we had to wait a week for delivery.

James was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable.
He gave me plenty of time to listen to the quality of each set of speakers, answering all my questions and remaining impartial which enabled me to make an informed decision on which speakers to buy to give me the best quality of sound from my new Naim streamer. all staff members were polite and helped loading my system into the car.

I made a couple purchases at the Lichfield branch, very helpful staff and talked me through various systems for the size of my room etc. I got speakers and an amp which sound great for my LP's which still sound as good as a CD even being 40+ years old!

My telephone enquiry was handled promptly and politely. My instore purchase was easy and efficient.

Bernie sorted me within 15 minutes, 65 inch LG Oled with soundbar -sorted and a top fella.

Prices comparative with most other Hi-Fi retailers but this was the only one that offered Blue Light Discount. Prompt updates on progress of order. Dispatch confirmation confusing as it appeared deliver would be to home address not shop. Notified when delivered to shop. Arrived to collect just before opening hours (after first phoning to confirm collection) First member of staff refused entry as not opening time. Second member of staff much more pleasant and helpful.

Phoned up to inquire if you stocked a blu-ray i was interested in purchasing but needed to confirm it did what i required i. e. play mp4 dvds. Was told to come to Lichfield shop so I could see if product was what i required. Item was set up and played for me using my dvds and to my complete satisfaction. Staff were excellent.

I decided to return to Richer Sounds Lichfield shop to discuss options for upgrading my record deck.I had a set price range & reasonably sure of the make & model that I wanted.A few details & sticking points I was unsure about,such as compatibility with my current amp/phono input were soon cleared up.I would have walked out with the desired item,the Project Evo 2,only to find out they only had a black one in stock,I wanted white,so two days of anticipation ensued.Bonus points:I did walk out with a picture disc copy of Supertramps Breakfast In America,for £5,plus a very nice Richer Sounds coffee mug.The gentleman who looked after me could not have been more knowledgeable & helpful.This kind of service keeps me coming back to Richer Sounds Lichfield show room.Thanks folks.
