Carries great stock at good prices. If a product is not available they will obtain it fast. Staff helpful and knowledgeable and stores have listening rooms so you are able to see and hear if its what you want.

Knowledge and understanding of the customer requirements will ensure that you purchase the correct product.
Prices are always competitive, but the experience of the sales team make the purchase the correct one for you as they are not afraid to offer alternatives to products you originally went to purchase.

Was looking for a 65 inch TV on a budget of around £550. After talking through requiments settles on a Hisense slightly over budget but really please with it. It even fit into the car flat.

Placed my order over the phone for a new pair of Kef speakers with Dawn. The speakers arrived when they were supposed to. Have purchase from this store several times and will purchase again. Friendly efficient service and so far have always done what they promised they would.

The salesman answered all of my technical concerns thoughtfully and with good product knowledge and assured me the shop offered after sale support.

Went to buy a new Kitchen TV. Wanted one that fitted the existing 10 year old wall bracket to avoid the hassle and expense of changing the bracket. Required the use of the store computer to check the stock and which TVs were suitable. Had excellent help from salesman in this process but he was interrupted by the assistant manager who moved him off the computer on two occasions to look up information for other customers who had come in store later.
This gave the impression that I was a second class customer and must have been frustrating and annoying for the salesman, who likewise was being treated as second class.

Team are All very helpful. Even though I went in a couple of months earlier to ask questions before I made up my mind. They knew I wasn't buying there and then, but didn't dismiss me like rival retailers. Took the time to answer my questions. This nailed it for me, so as soon as the TV and soundboard came back in stock I went in to order. It came in sooner than I thought, and they helped load it into my car. Treated like a valued customer from the first to last interaction.

Great service & value for Money - Luca was patient and thorough guiding me through all the various options and the best TV for the rooms. All installed and working fantastically well.

Great tv purchased , very happy with product and price. Very friendly and supportive staff who helped me transport to car. Great overall experience. Also feel secure that if future problem occur with product they reassured to contact them without worry. 12mth warranty.

The staff at the Lichfield Branch were amazing and so helpful and really supported and helped me with the TV and Soundbar that u ended up purchasing. They were also so knowledgeable and so helpful. Tim and Tom just want to say thank for all your help/advice.

Tom listened carefully to my requirements, told me my options, then suggested what he thought was the best one - and it turned out to be the least expensive. Knowledgeable staff, good advice and keen prices

I honestly can’t recommend Richer Sounds highly enough.

From the very first demo with Tom, right through to collecting my new hi-fi, the service was outstanding. Tom took the time to explain everything properly, answer all of my questions and help me choose the right system for what I wanted—there was never any pressure, just genuine advice from someone who clearly knows and loves hi-fi.

When I collected everything, Bernie had my order ready and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Unfortunately, one of my Monitor Audio speakers came out of the box with a small chip. This was clearly a manufacturer issue and not Richer Sounds’ fault, but they still dealt with it brilliantly.

Dawn arranged a replacement straight away with no fuss, and the after-sales service was every bit as good as the sales experience. A big thank you as well to Tim, who was also incredibly helpful throughout.

It’s rare these days to find a retailer where every member of the team genuinely seems to care about the customer, but that’s exactly how I felt from start to finish.

I’m now sitting at home enjoying my new system with complete confidence that if I ever need anything in the future, I’m in good hands.
