Excellent service and knowledge and advice given

Excellent customer service and Diego store manager Liverpool gave me great advice on my new purchase AudioLab 7000 CDT player.

What a wonderful refreshing experience it was to go into Richersounds Liverpool. A special mention to Justin who helped me and my father in law 20years previously to choose an amplifier. He was still there as helpful as ever. Good to see a company that looks after its staff. It was Stuart (Chris ) who helped me decide on a new television, not pushy but relaxed, informative and friendly. Just what you need when buying an expensive item ( best price in Liverpool, including John Lewis, who couldn’t price match because Richersounds had a promo code offer, very strange ). Very happy with my purchase and the delivery team ( on time and courtesy ). Well done Liverpool Richersounds!! Nice clean shop too!!

The guy in the shop could not of been more helpful if he tried we told him what we would like and there it was although he did give us some alternatives but we like the first option even went through how to set it up at home. The process was seamless even delivered it a day early which was lucky someone was home to take it in. But all setup now and sounds wonderful would highly recommended shopping there

Richer Sounds, Liverpool were extremely helpful, not only offering a £50 reduction on their listed/online price - but also including a free 5.1.1 sound system!
The member of staff who I spoke with also carried the huge box out to my car.

Staff were helpful and informative and i was able to get the audio equipment within my budget. The only problem I had was some confusion over the delivery date and a missing speaker cable which was rectified with a phone call and an apology. All in all it was a good experience and good customer service.

Amazing, great help, product knowledge great price. No pressure sell lots of time and great customer service answered questions about other products of future interest.

Excellent service and advice from your in store assistant Stuart in the Liverpool branch, he recommended a pair of ‘nothing’over ear Bluetooth head phones as we had issues with other makes being bought online, so far very happy with the purchase.

Great service and presentation off the turntable that I went in for, very pleased with the product.

I bought some great headphones. The staff are so knowledgeable. I was allowed to test them in their fabulous private room, which is a stunning setting, low mood lights and totally sound proof. Great service, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my audio devices.

Walked into the shop in Liverpool,and was greeted by Stuart.Had an HDMI connection
issue.After much scratching of heads the problem was diagnosed.Ultimately
a resolution was found.Feel i have dropped lucky finding the right person for said problem.As a result I placed an order for a Samsung Oled tv.Thanks again Stuart.

I’ve been buying from Richer Sounds- Liverpool for many years now and I’ve always been impressed by the way they are always welcoming and helpful

Been looking to replace my five year old LG OLED65C1
Went from looking at reviews of the latest model LG OLED65G66, to purchasing fairly quickly.
Contact with Liverpool store was a smooth process, model I wanted was cheaper elsewhere, they matched the price and still honoured the free soundbar as well.

Delivery was next day and free of charge.
If you had a LG before you know what to expect, however this TV is stunning to look at.

Lesser reflective screen was a good upgrade as a living room set is near a window and is a big improvement.
Colours pop, easy to set up which is a good job as LG don’t provide a manual.
Stand is solid, the free soundbar is actually a very good quality also.

Made up with this and the G model really is worth paying the extra for just don’t tell the Mrs.
Cannot hesitate to recommend Richer Sounds, great guarantee, helpful and knowledgeable staff, and when you ring it’s not a foreign call centre.

Keep up the good work, real point of difference, upgrading my hi fi soon can’t wait.
