very helpful staff and remarkably swift delivery of goods

Ordering was relatively straightforward, though using a third party app for payment a bit of a pain. The store had no control over delivery dates, so item was delivered next day, great except the courier DPD advised delivery 45 minutes beforehand, so we were out! All recovered safely, despite no advice from courier that the item had been left.

He helped me to identify the products that best met my needs, taking full account of value for money. Order and delivery as promised, at a better price than I could find anywhere else. Superb

Very knowledgeable staff, that made my shopping experience very pleasant.

The original product I ordered turned out to be faulty but there was no hesitation in taking it back. I then decided I wasn't happy with the quality of it and asked if it was possible to go for a different product instead. Again there was no hesitation in agreeing to this and the new item arrived very shortly afterwards, which is working perfectly!

Superb customer service from Terry. New Technics turntable developed a fault and he sent me a replacement which arrived the following day, no questions asked. Also refunded the difference on another retailers lower price, after I’d bought it. Absolutely fantastic from Richer Sounds

Used demo room to compare products.
Bought an amplifier but it would not work. phoned shop, a replacement was sent and the original collected. All working fine now, minimal hassle to replace faulty product.

The London Bridge Team could not have been more helpful with their valuable advice regarding my purchases. All steps were very satisfactory.
