Great, honest service.

Fantastic deal. Great price on a clearance Arcam CD5 delivered to Sheffield store from Manchester in 2 days. Open box, but brand new product.

Placed my order on Friday and the television was delivered on Saturday. Unfortunately the television failed but customer services have been good in organising a return and a refund

The representative took my order, discussed it with me and checked that it was correct for my needs then gave additional advice on setting it up. Brilliant service

I enquired about a clearance item and the store could not have been more helpful. I was given the full story on the item - which was absolutely fine - and the store was happy to hold it for me to check over before paying and collecting - it was also incredibly good value!

Having received details of a clearance sale, I submitted a request half expecting not to hear anymore. However, within a day, I was informed a Blu Ray Player was available at a very reasonable price. Delighted with the service I received from Shiv who was efficient and friendly.

Went into Manchester shop to buy a 1.5m optical cable. Received all the reassurance I needed that what I was proposing would work (it has).

Very happy with my new turntable. I asked for next day delivery and it was sent and very well tracked. Would definitely recommend richer sounds to all my friends and family. Great business.

We had excellent service and advice from Matt in the Manchester store. He gave us a great general overview of options in the current TV market ( we hadn't bought a new TV for a long time), and at no point did he rush us or try to upsell us. He listened to what was important to us and laid out a choice of options. First class!

Thanks in particular to Sam from the Manchester branch for excellent customer service when my ear buds were seemingly faulty. I chose Richer Sounds to be able to get professional advice about what to buy and I got that in both Manchester and Liverpool.

I had a visit to the Manchester City Centre Richer Sounds store and ended up purchasing a turntable, amplifier and speakers. Ryan helped me out, and this was incredibly useful. I had in mind the system that I wanted to get, and we made a few tweaks after discussing things in more detail. The whole experience was relaxed, enjoyable and stress-free. Staff were patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Listened to what I wanted, then helped to pinpoint what something that matched my requirements. Guidance was given re budget against value for money. Discount was given for VIP membership, my purchase has a 6 year guarantee, and it's free delivery.
The only downside was having to wait as my model was out of stock.
