Richer Sounds - Norwich レビュー 

So , decided i "wanted, not needed" a new telly.
Did my research as to all the modern bits and bobs.
Headed to a " high street store" to look at them and do comparisons.
Discovered that the telly i'd chosen would not fit on my unit so back to the drawing board.
As a regular shopper at Richer Sounds , that's where i headed when i had made my decision. Only to find, yet again my second choice would not fit on my unit.
Roger suggested another model which would fit but £150 more.
Back home, decision made. Back to Richer Sounds i've decided. same model but next size up and it would fit.
Ordered and remarkable fantastic delivery 48 hours later.!
Then i could not get my Humax recorder to pair up or my Denon soundbar.
One phone call to Richer sounds and further attempts, no joy. Sunday, popped in and spoke to Tony. Without any hesitation he went through all the options to try and i went home and by Sunday evening all was well at last.!
This store is outstanding, no hard sell, no upselling for the sake of it and genuine people wanting to give you the best service possible.
I've bought hi-fi,s and headphones previously and this tv adds to the list.
At £500 cheaper than the tv's makes own website and £100 cheaper than the obvious high street retailer Richer Sounds will always be the place to go.

I knew what I wanted to buy and fortunately Richer Sounds had one in my local store. I went into the shop bought it and walked out. The guy who sold it to me gave me the correct item.

We had a phone call to discuss the kind of hi-fi system we were looking for, which was followed by three quotes and further information about the products. We visited the store and were able to see some of the equipment we were considering and the advantages of each before making our choice. Very happy with the quality of service and knowledge shared.

I've been buying from Richer Sounds for many years. The customer service is outstanding and the prices cannot be beaten.
I recently bought a product (from my local store in Norwich) that did not meet my expectations. I was able to return it for a full refund with no quibbling from the staff.
Talking of the staff, the are very knowledgeable regarding the products they sell.

The guys at Norwich gave me a good price on a pair of speakers, the cheapest anywhere. I placed the order and received the speakers 3 days later. Very good service, the only thing i would say is that it would of been nice to hear from them when the speakers were coming out, rather than only getting a time slot on the day from DPD leaving me to hastily rearranging my day to suit. Many thanks.

Seb was excellent at talking me through the options of the product I was looking for and gave great recommendations to ensure I came away with the set up I was looking for. They arrived the next morning, very pleased with the service from start to finish.

Richer Sounds are true to there word and treated me very well regarding my 4 year+ old tv which was covered by there free extended guarantee could not be repaired, and they gave me a very generous Gift Voucher to purchase a replacement tv. The staff in the store were very helpful and knowledgeable. The store was well set out and I was able to look at and hear demonstrated the products I wanted to buy.
