Excellent service and great prices over Currys

Expert advice on budget headphones guidance given over from the sales assistant. He showed me the various options at the shop's disposal and was very helpful in finding me the right pair.

I was looking for a 75 & 40inch- after searching online and trying to bring myself up to speed. I called Richer Sounds, was well advised and wish I had called straight away rather than waste time on the internet.

I noticed a soundbar clearance item in the Plymouth shop and asked for a demo. The sales support staff member quickly set it up and suggested I linked my mobile to play sounds of my choice. This was followed by a TV link so I could experience the various sound and vision options.

The staff answered all my queries and made the purchase decision very easy. As a clearance item I was pleased with the price and the VIP discount (I am a previous customer) and walked out in good spirits. Thank you Richer Sounds!

I visited the shop with 4 Hi.Fi Amp's in mind to Look at. After Speaking to Jay about the Speakers I have (E70's) he gave me up to date Advice on an Amp that would Suit my Needs and came away with a Mission 778X Which Sounds "Brilliant". Had a Pleasant and Enjoyable Experiance, Thanks Guys...

Delivery was rushed and I was only informed of damage to packaging by a phone call from the delivery company after the delivery was completed. I was told that if there was any problems to contact Richer Sounds, not the delivery company. My problem was with the delivery company - not with Richer Sounds who were very helpful both online and in store.

I intended a pre order but was told a delivery was in,
so the order was placed and arrived 3+ days later.
It's a new product and a bit troublesome but support was available.

I initially bought a NAIM MUSO2, I had an awful lot of problems trying to get it connected through HDMI to my tv to use as a sound bar. It turned out after a lot of trying different settings, that my Sony Bravia tv was the problem.
I was gutted that it wouldn't behave, because the Muso2 is a great piece of kit.
The staff at Richa Sounds couldn't have been more helpful, even arranging for a replacement Muso, which still didn't behave,
I finally swapped again for a Cambridge Evo One.
I still had a few headaches getting the tv to work with the Evo One but now its sorted.
The Cambridge is a step up from the Naim and is so easy to control, giving excellent sound from internet radio, streaming from Tidal and the tv.
I have received excellent service from Josh, the manager and his dedicated team.
I highly recommend them and I will use Richa Sounds in the future.
