My HiFi System is 46 years old and the tuner had developed a fault (Quad FM4). I was advised it may be repairable and whom to send it to by James, at that point no sale for richersounds, simply what may be best for me. I received a quotation from IAG, but decided to replace the tuner with 21st century equipment. I chose one, but on opening the box I felt may not work with my system (connections/ariel) and did not want to damage it or my pre-amp. I took it back and was given a refund, with no quibble at all from richersounds. However, I had been thinking of buying a small radio, which after advise/discussion with James, I chose a Roberts 'Ramber Uno', which arrived within two days. If the FM4 cannot be repaired I will purchase a receiver (Type TBC), no doubt from richersounds. We need shops available in our high streets where we can have advice, see, try out and discuss what is best for each of us and I would certainly use richersounds once again.

Went into Preston branch looking for a specific TV. Matt was very helpful but not pushy, he had all the info we asked about and demonstrated the TV for us, so much so that we bought it ! Everything regarding warranty etc was explained clearly and he genuinely made shopping a lovely experience. We have used Richer Sounds in the past and will continue to make it our first port of call when we need in the future. Definitely recommend for excellent service and friendliness.

The chaos in Preston where outstanding helping me select a system for home and we went for a Sonos soundbar Arc, sub and two surround speakers. Very impressed with the advice and the products. Thanks guys

Friendly and very knowledgeable service. I did my research before buying a TV. I went to the shop to buy a specific LG model but left with a better specification LG tv at a better price - delighted.delivery was quick and used Richer Sounds own people who checked the product with me before leaving - no pressure
Only thing missing is my guarantee but I have chased up and expect that will be resolved.

Hobie was excellent in helping us choose a new TV and soundbar. He went above and beyond in giving us his advice and time in going through all our questions. After ordering in-store the TV and soundbar arrived the morning of the next day. Excellent experience and service; I will certainly recommend the store to others.
