I always deal with Richard Sounds - knowledgable, honest opiniun and great value for money and willing to price match - I brought a TV and it came with a longer warranty than other suppliers - seriously if you havent used them your missing out on alot of things

Timely and extremely helpful advice! I was about to order when it was suggested that for our particular needs and circumstances, an alternative product would serve our needs better!

Easy to order and delivery was prompt and easy also. Price of TV was very reasonable and competitive.

Called ahead to reserve 2 items, discussed with Steve when I got there and decided to change to a single bteer specified item - great service and advice as always

Very impressed with visit to store and the attention given by Dan. He listened to my requirements and proposed several options within my criteria as well as pointing out special deals available. Pleased with my choice. Took TV away with me and decided to defer decision on sound bar deal, but subsequently decided to proceed. When I telephoned Dan he discovered an additional reduction on the TV which he retrospectively applied so making the sound bar an even better deal. And delivered next day. Most impressed and very satisfied.

i visited a RS shop recently to listen to bookshelf speakers and came away dreaming of a floor standing model made by Dali. It was important to see and listen to various speakers to get a better sense of what was out there, their qualities and to help define what I wanted in a speaker. I appreciate all the time Rory gave me.

I have used Richer Sounds Reading on a number of occations and have always had a great experience. 18 months ago I had the itch to upgrade my 40 year old speakers so arranged a Demo with James who was very helpfull. I ended up liking the Dali Oberon 5 which were over my budget so I didnt purchase. Due to recent price drop I decided to try again. This time I saw Rory who allowed me to trial the Oberon 5 at home as I was worried they might be too much for my small living room. This really was helpful as it proved I was right to be wary, so on return Rory demoed some smaller speakers and I decided on Warfedale Evo 5.1 . I was also allowed to trial at home the shop units, which I was happy with and so went ahead with the purchase. At no time did I feel pressured to buy and the advice was appreciated. Thank you all at Reading branch .

They are a well run,friendly and helpfull team. Richer sounds should be your first port of call for all things HI-Fi. Thier TV's aren't bad as well!
