Richer Sounds - Reading レビュー 

I've always known of Richer Sounds and that there reputation for being knowledgeable and they didn't dissapoint. We bought a new £1000+ LG OLED tv and they were very helpful in the Reading branch and even after delivery helped with a setup issue.

Amazing shop with polite and knowledgeable staff. Thanks to them, Richer Sounds become my first to go shop for all my audio visual needs. Highly recommend.

Chose a TV in store but on getting it home decided it didn't suit our needs. Called the store who were so helpful and took it back for exchange. New TV is fantastic, so pleased with it.
Staff at Reading couldn't have tried harder to resolve the issue and offered so much help and advice.

Great experience at Richer Sounds. Great range. Demo’d a sound bar in store which was a faff but dealt with patiently by staff. They couldn’t be more helpful. They also found a solution for my tech needs when purchasing a turntable.

Having previously purchased from Richer Sounds I had no hesitation in purchasing another 43" TV and TV bracket for my grandson's birthday.
Unfortunately my local store (MK) as had sold out of the TV I wanted, as had most of their stores nationwide.
However, I contacted their store at Reading who could not have been more helpful. The TV and bracket were promptly despatched but only the TV arrived the following day. Despite the best efforts of the store to locate the TV bracket it still did not arrive. The store replaced it immediately and it arrived the next day.
Unfortunately having installed the TV, and only when the protective screen was removed, damage was then found in the bottom right hand corner of the screen which had been covered by the section of paper icons that covered that part of the screen.
It was apparent the damage had to have been caused prior to packaging by the manufacturer as there were no outward signs of damage on the box, polystyrene protective sleeves or the protective screen cover.
On contacting the branch and supplying images of the damage they immediately checked their stores nationwide and found that they could secure a replacement TV for me. In addition they kindly arranged for it to be delivered to my local branch at MK who inspected and tested the replacement TV before contacting me within 2 days to say it was ready for collection.
The professionalism, patience, understanding and support of both stores, but in particular the Reading branch, once again demonstrated why Richer Sounds is a blue chip market leader in their field of expertise.
Thank you Richer Sounds. I cannot recommend you highly enough.

Steve and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and helped me get what I needed and gave me the know how to do the installation.

It's really refreshing to talk to people with actual knowledge about the products they sell. Nothing is too much trouble particularly when demonstrating a product. Other retailers could learn lessons!

I decided that I wanted to get back into vinyl after a few years of CD', then Spotify via Sonos. I did my research into the items/brands I was interested in and decided that rather than shop online from faceless sellers, my wife and I visited Richer Sounds in Reading. We were looked after by Rory, a really knowledgeable, nice young bloke. Rory helped me to shortlist various components and explained the ins and outs of each. His knowledge was impressive. Not only was his expertise impressive, so was the way he deals with customers as not once did he try to push us into buying the products he was demoing. At the time, I'd arranged a visit to another retailer to demo different brands but after our trip to Reading, I cancelled the appointment and purchased from the Reading store. I want to add that overall, the staff at Reading are really helpful, friendly and able to answer questions related to the products they sell. Julian Richer, if you read this, give them a shout out as I know that you are hot on customer care and these guys nail it!

Very helpful and supportive advice on an exchange, which ensured I got the right result

I rang up and placed by order. I did not need product advice as I had already decided what I wanted. The price was excellent. Clear instructions were given for delivery. The company they used for delivery gave date then 3 hour delivery with a further call before actual delivery. We were very impressed with both staff and security required.

Bought a Samsung TV and Soundbar . Went online and identified the prices but there was slight glitch so I rang them and the very helpful James sorted it out and arranged for the delivery on the day I wanted. The goods arrived on the agreed day and within the time schedule notified on the day before.
